Pros

I love that I can integrate this app with my property management software, so I can keep my cleaners informed and allow them to except jobs easily. It makes scheduling virtually unnecessary.

Cons

There isn’t a function I’m not happy with.

Pros

The ease of listing your property, linking your calendars, and finding cleaners.

Cons

My bank statement reflects charges for projects that have not been completed. If those projects are voided, then you statement reflects the refund. More importantly, your bank statement gets flooded with unnecessary line items.

so far so good! I don't have to worry about going over to clean the unit after a guest leaves. That frees up a lot of time. Also, once I've picked a cleaner and am happy with them, then it's all on autopilot. Perfect!

Pros

I like that it's linked directly to my Airbnb listing. That way my cleaner knows when people are coming and going. I like that it auto-pays when she finishes. I like that I can add my own cleaning checklist to our account and even if my lead cleaner can't accommodate that day, I know the backup cleaner has access to the same information. I like that they bid for the job and I can choose the best cleaner for me.

Cons

I think the only thing, so far, is that I was unsure about how the process worked. Also, I'm not going to ask my guests to make an account/log in to evaluate my cleanliness on a separate platform. This is optional.

TurnoverBnB makes it extremely easy to schedule my cleanings. It has allowed me to automate this process, saving me a ton of time every month and making my AirBnB management much more passive. It is inexpensive compared to other products and free for one property. I highly recommend TurnoverBnB for any property manager who wants to make their life a lot easier.

Pros

I love how easy it is to fully automate the property cleanings for my short-term rental.

Cons

I haven't found anything I dislike about the product.

Overall, I'm very satisfied at this point

Pros

I like that I was able to find a great cleaning team in my area through this platform. I like the features and the ability to integrate with other booking platforms / PMS.

Cons

The software is great, I think it may as well become a centralized reservation management system or a PMS, and even better an algorithm to market and advertise listings for rentals e.g on Google Travel. This would make it a one stop shop.

I'm very happy with the service and will continue using it- and will gladly recommend to other Airbnb hosts.

Pros

I love that it connects directly with my Airbnb calendar so all my projects are created automatically. My service providers pick up the projects as they come in- and they have been reliable since day one.

Cons

The only con was that it took a few visits with our cleaner and service provider to get into our flow- but once we got into a flow it has been smooth sailing.

Cons

That after to bring someone to your team you cant see the bid price with the team member then you have to assume and you don't have confirmation.

Pros

Very easy to use communication all kept in app with cleaning service. When doing out of town STR it can be very hard to find a cleaner you trust and this app takes all the guess work out to find vetted reliable cleaners.

Cons

My only issue would be the app is more computer friendly and a few linked will take you from the app to a website. Still an amazing app though.

Pros

Love the ability to assign primary and backup cleaners and have them assign themselves rather than make multiple phone calls/texts. I'm adding a co-host which makes the process ever more reliable. Annual price more than justified when it prevents even one missed cleaning and unhappily surprised guest.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. I use it almost exclusively on a laptop browser. Not much experience using the mobile app.

Really, really happy that I discovered this service, as it is exceptional. I've already recommended it to other property managers/owners. I tried doing this manually, scheduling with cleaners, finding good cleaners, but it was a struggle. This service made it seamless.

Pros

The auto-syncing and ability for cleaners to bid on the projects are so nice. It is a completely hands-off system to schedule cleaning at great prices with quality cleaners in your area.

Cons

I can tell the software is still getting up and going. I think the UI/UX experience could be improved a bit, as some times things feel jumbled. Honestly, they should as closely mimic platforms like AirBnB App so that the context switching between the two apps is seamless.

More people already using it, so more support. Also, product seemed much more formalized.

The product has worked great, customer service is helpful.

Pros

This platform allows me to schedule cleaners efficiently. All cleaning instructions and example photos can be loaded into the project in the form of a checklist that cleaners must access and check off. Cleaners can update the inventory so I know what my supply levels are. Cleaners leave me notes/pictures about the condition of the home and any damage they discover so I can address those with guest or leave a guest review. Auto payments are sent as soon as the cleaner has finished.

Cons

Occasionally the cleaners have issues with app such as being unable to complete project. It would be nice if had an override where I could complete the job for them from the portal if necessary.

I would suggest a step by step checklist start up list to show sequence. Would save some time by allowing each module to connect and update in the right order.

Pros

Easy to use and fast set up. Integration with existing booking platform was easy.

Cons

After receiving Cleaner bids the original bid was hidden. Would be nice to have archived for reference later.

It has helped tremendously in automating my airbnb cleanings especially for a first timer like myself.

Pros

My favorite functionality is the Airbnb Calendar integration. It updates Turnover with a new project automatically for the day that the guest is scheduled to leave the property and creates a project for you. The nit reminds you that you have to select a cleaner via the app notification and email. Its very straight forward and easy after just a little learning curve.

Cons

There are certain quirks that were hard to understand. An example would be the Mobile App doesn't have as much functionality as the desktop browser version. It tends to redirect to the web app for almost every useful functionality. I tend to use the desktop browser app exclusively for this reason. There is a small quirk in the scheduling cleaning function that doesn't allow you to save the cleaning if you type something incorrectly in one of the fields but it doesn't tell you which field is wrong so you have to figure out yourself. No big deal just annoying at times.

Pros

The software is relatively simple, but the interface is not intuitive and does not seem fully developed.

Cons

It does not appear that the software notifies teams when a message is sent, or when one is sent to me, so replies are delayed sometimes for days, which is not helpful. It is not sophisticated as for example Airbnb's software platform. The user has to do all of the work, it's not streamlined, and there is no accountability for the quality of services, for example, it does not reply on a review system. I am disappointed, I was hoping it would be a great problem solver for hiring cleaning teams, it's taken up hours of my time, and it's just not worth it.

Pros

Integration with booking platforms. When someone books a reservation my housekeeper gets a notification about a job. They accept the job and it gets put on their calendar. I also like the checklist feature.

Cons

Fees. I would love to use this as my payment processing feature however my cleaner insists on using Zelle because the fees are too high.

TurnoverBnB has allowed us to automate cleaning.

Pros

TurnOverBnB has added the functionality of being able to manage your cleaners efficiently. In our experience the AirBNB platform made it difficult to efficiently add cleaning staff and manage their work flow. TurnoverBnB made that very easy for us to manage the cleaning team, communicate, correct issues, and get jobs finished with very little communication.

Cons

We pay our cleaners outside of TurnoverBnB. It would be really helpful if TurnoverBnB could create invoices for the cleaners and mark those as being paid. Managing the books has been our only trouble with TurnoerBnB.

Turnoverbnb has resolved our scheduling issues associated with our cleaners. It seamlessly syncs to our Airbnb calendars and is great at reminding us when there is a canceled or unaccepted cleaning. I would recommend to any Airbnb host.

Pros

It is extremely easy to use, and it is very affordable considering the services they offer.

Cons

The cleaners are not vetted very well, have to do the info digging yourself. Would like to see more about them in a profile (i.e. are they a company/individual, insured, etc).
