Pros: The ability to know in real time the interaction with our clients.

The power it has to generate business, loyalty and relationship

Cons: I think that it has no weakness, however, only occasionally the response times are affected by the bandwidth of the country and the connection with the service providers.

Overall: Since we have it, we have the local capacity of outbound communications management (email, sms). This ability gives us autonomy, information security and response management in real time.

Pros: Easy to use, friendly GUI, accept a lot of data base items, easy workflows constructions, reports available and very detailed.

Pros: The analysis generated by communication, which allows us to validate the effectiveness with which we reach our contacts, interactive forums that are very educational

Cons: there are nodes and filters that are still not very clear in their application and I feel I lose features that I am not taking full advantage of
