Since we have it, we have the local capacity of outbound communications management (email, sms). This ability gives us autonomy, information security and response management in real time.

The ability to know in real time the interaction with our clients. The power it has to generate business, loyalty and relationship

Cons

I think that it has no weakness, however, only occasionally the response times are affected by the bandwidth of the country and the connection with the service providers.
