Never, will I use any other VPN. Ive found the one to meet all my expectations. Exceeds above and beyond.

Pros

All the attributes of NordVPN are equally distributed to compliment the other. The user interface is the best feature. Although the speed of NordVPN when browsing the web, is surprisingly fast. Privacy is of no concern. Nord has you protected.

Cons

Collects a lot of data. Not sure why they need so much information. I guess, Thats why im the user and not the developer.

I have had a very good experience so far. It has been easy to set up, the price was good, and it has the functions that I use. It solves my problem well and isn't complicated!

Pros

I like how the system is so straight forward and easy to use. All I need to do is launch the product and then hit the connect button. I don't need anything complicated, just straight forward.

Cons

There's not much to dislike, probably one of the things is that it logs me out frequently. So I need to keep logging in more frequently than I would like.

Ok if you don't have to ever contact them. The service can be shut down on your media without any notification ,therefore you must Check constantly and go through painful reactivation steps! Time is valuable ,Im not keen to waste mine on an unreliable VPN provider

Had it since 2019 ,have a contract until 2027 prepaid. Coverage ok but terrible customer service total lack of online live support. Although I have this VPN aettings are always on frequently I check the site and Its not protecting my veiwing sites

Cons

Total lack of live customer service. Too many hoops to climb through To reactivate / reauthorize account it will not allow you access siting that you've had too many attempts to establish reactivation. Then your on a lengtht time out before being allowed to further attempt to reactivate and cannot get a hold of any live agent EVER!

I liked the Large server network there are I’ve 5000 servers in over 60. Countries that your able to utilize

Cons

There were inconsistencies with streaming some platforms would block me if I had the vpn active while trying to use thrm

Good VPN locations. Good speeds. Decent user in even though the pre-2021 was better.

NordVPN stole $166.53 USD from me NordVPN stole money from me, literally. Very surprising that this could still happen in 2025. Here's the long story short: I saw a payment from Paddle.com on my PayPal account. I mistakenly thought that Paddle.com was a scammer. So I cancelled the payment with PayPal. After a few days, I learned that Paddle.com is NordVPN's payment provider. So, I then apologize to NordVPN, and say "Sorry Nord, can you reactivate my account? And they say "No." I ask them: "Can I have my money back then?" And they say "Speak with Paypal. We don't have the money." Of course, PayPal tells me that Paddle or Nord has the money. People at Nord specifically ask me to wait 3 months. (Does this money become up free game after 3 months?) Clearly, this seems fishy. In any case, I contact them 3 months later and \[sensitive content hidden\] at NordVPN tells me to contact Paddle as though I have an account with them. Note that Paddle is NordVPN's payment provider, while PayPal is the customer's payment provider. I send NordVPN screenshots of my PayPal account and nothing. Occam's razor: PayPal has never done anything like this to me in my 15 years of working with them. In closing, NordVPN and/or Paddle will not give me either their (1) SERVICE, or (2) MY MONEY BACK. Unless I am refunded or just given service (for what I paid for) back, I will never work with them again. I will update as I hear back from them. STAY AWAY FROM NORD VPN in 2025! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DANGEROUS. Note to NORDVPN: If you give me my money back or my service back, I will delete this post here.

Pros

I like how easy Nord VPN to use and set up, Nord VPN gives maximum protection to all of the devices in your network.

Cons

I loved absolutely everything about Nord VPN. It has been amazing for our company and has prevented us from being hacked.

I did not used many VPN services but NordVPN was the best between all that I used. There are many locations, fast connections and easy to install and use app.

Pros

I moved to NordVPN after I tried it as a trial and saw how fast are the connection when used. There are many locations to choose from and all are very fast when browsing. I can use the on every device as is available for PC and smartphones as well. Also, I found Dark Web Monitor feature very helpful in keeping my passwords secure and away from hackers.

Cons

The limit of 10 devices is not the greatest but understandable.

Both of the NordVPN apps that I use work flawlessly, and I've never had any issues with using either of them. It's nice being able to use something "that just works" without needing to tinker with any settings.

Pros

I use the Android and MacOS apps on my devices, which work perfectly.

Cons

I don't really have anything negative to say about NordVPN. My experience over the past several years has been great.

I've rarely had a tech issue and when i do it is addressed immediately.

Pros

It is easy to use. I have the whole family on it, many of which are not tech people and they find it easy to use as well. Since I have started using it, I have way fewer security incidents with malware and a lot less spam!

Cons

Occasionally, when traveling, I have to restart my system to get it working on public wifi. This is not purely a NordVPN issue though, most VPN software would experience similar issues with browser based authentication for public systems.

Overall Pleasant, haven't experienced any major issues with the software, and find myself using it quite often.

Pros

\-Consistent and Operates well in the background, haven't had any major issues with the software so far. -Has various features available, been using their AdBlock to browse in peace. -Relatively cheap compared to other VPNs.

Cons

\-The fact that the best discounts are only available in a 2-year plan is definitely a bit irritating, but not the end of the world, just a bit of a commitment.

### "An affordable VPN"

It's an excellent VPN and is honest for its price.

Pros

Friendly interface, Kill Switch (it cuts internet when not connected to VPN), 5500 servers worldwide, works in desktop and mobile. NordVPN has a very competitive price and frequent updates. You'll have split tunneling, which means you can optionally choose which apps use VPN-protected connections. Onion over VPN for enhanced privacy and anonymity - that goes slow, of course, but onion goes slow by its structure. Some less popular functions are still included, like custom DNS or invisibility on LAN, and there is an option there to block ads and malicious websites. I didn't use that last one, but it might be tricky as it is unclear how it works, so I have it disabled.

Cons

Russia is out. They have 5500 servers, as they say, but there is not even one in Russia. Not everybody needs Russia; however, it's not there. Sometimes it's not connecting automatically on computer startup. However, if you have the kill switch enabled, it's not connecting until you enable it manually, so you're protected. 2- The Split tunneling seems that doesn't work with all apps. For example, I tried to let the signal connect directly but can't. The same problem is with some other apps. But that might not be NordVPN's problem because some 'foxy' apps like WhatsApp are build to bypass VPN and connect directly. 3 - They had one server hacked for one month. Press was pointing that as a substantial significant deficiency BUT, that isn't a problem at all. First of all, it was just one server out of 5500 servers which is equal to nothing. And - in the end, the majority of sites already have HTTPS, so what a hacker might see is, the IP \[whatever\] - is connected to \[Amazon\]. There is no sensitive information to be leaked.

Is fairly priced and offers fast connection around the world with many servers available. If you just want just a secured connection or content from other countries NordVPN is the perfect app.

Pros

The ease of use the a main reason for using this service, the app is easy to install and setup. I sometimes use just the browser extension, witch is an excellent addition, to browse safely on the web when I use other than my main device. Another thing to mention is that is available for all devices, PCs and smartphone.

Cons

There is nothing to dislike, everything work great.

NordVPN is a vast and secure VPN service with many useful features for every type of user.

Pros

The best feature of NordVPN are the browsers extensions, I really like it because I can use a secure connection just for the browser and not for the whole system. Even so the app is easy to install and setup if you want a permanent connection. Dark web monitor is another useful feature as it informs you if your email and password is found on the dark web.

Cons

There are parts of this soft that I can say I don't like.

Its connection speed has been correct without closing or saturating, its cybersecurity has been perfect for protection against malware, always protecting the equipment from any damage that may be caused or from any type of malware that wants to enter without being detected. Its price is economical for so many functions that have been well used

### "What I really think of NordVPN"

My financial transactions are now secure, my websites can be fully operational without the hassle of being hacked with SQl injection hacks or session hijacking. I run an online business so online security is key.

Pros

I like the fact that I can have a secure home network that cannot be hacked by other network users. The network encryption too is my absolute best.

Cons

I wish NordVPN could also have an added antivirus feature so that we could save space and time having multiple softwares on our computers.
