It has increased my revenue for client orders and helps me give my clients a design they can trust will fit their space and look beautiful in their home. Pros I love that I can design wall galleries for clients on my large desktop computer instead of being limited by an app/tablet. Cons I would like to see the filenames, it is really a pain when a client during a meeting is asking for a specific photo and I have to go through all of them individually and find the one they mentioned. I have tried other programs and feel that the room views and ability to like/dislike photos is far easier to use here. I highly recommend it. Pros I really like the ability to review client photos with them as well as the ability for them to like/dislike and then compare. I also like the room views and being able to use the stock photos and upload client rooms so they can see their photos decorating their own walls. Cons I still struggle with the ordering afterward, esp, with the add on products, therefore I use a different ordering through my CRM and add notes to it. Creating some collages to show in my client guides or on my website help prime them to look around their home to see what space they have and start visualizing wall art before their session! Pros Swift Galleries has the option to get really detailed with the types of wall art and frames available to show your clients. Even if you just set up some simple canvas collage options and start there, it's so much easier to help your clients visualize their images in a collection. You don't have to have every single frame option you offer customized into SG. Start simple. Don't overwhelm yourself or you will overwhelm your client. Cons A few more drag and drop options would be great in terms of gallery design, dropping in photos to products and not having to click "resize" to resize art. A few less clicks is always helpful. I don't utilize the direct send to lab option. I am a pet photographer and will color correct images first, but wait to do heavier editing like removing leashes after clients select their wall art. If my workflow included having all images fully edited, that would be really helpful. It means the world to us that you'd take your time to give us feedback. Sounds like you're using Swift Galleries in a few different ways, which is fantastic! If you're not using the keyboard shortcuts in the designer, that might help you speed up your workflow quite a bit and cut back on those extra clicks (ex: click the "r" key to resize, hit the return key to commit changes, etc.). To clarify, we don't offer direct fulfillment with any labs at this time. Sounds like you don't really need that anyway, just wanted to be clear for anyone who might be reading this. :) Chris RL Rachel L. Cons I wish there was a "maybe" option for the Choose Images. I also wish there was a color or star rating option for the Compare Images so that we can sub-sort their favorite images to order different products. I also wish there was an option to see 6, 8, or 10 images at one time between two lines (I usually just zoom in and out of the web page to get this same effect). I also wish you can choose to compare 2 or 4 images on one screen on the Compare Images tab. Sometimes our black and white photos have a red tint in Swift Galleries as well, which is bad because that is not our creative edit on those photos. I dislike how in the Compare Images screen that the counter at the top is not accurate -- many times have we gone through the Choose Images and accidentally missed selecting "yes," so there are more images in the "yes" pile than counted at the top. Lastly, sometimes the photos on the Design gallery are hard to see as there is no way to zoom in to the "display" they are on. Certain rooms work better for this than others just because of how easily and clearly you can see the photos on the fake walls. Switched from [Adobe Lightroom](https://www.capterra.com/p/233631/Adobe-Photoshop-Lightroom/) So our employees can show clients their photos while the editor is still working on their computer. Pros I love how simple Swift Galleries makes IPS for me. It is very user friendly, easy to set up, and has a great work flow to it. The couple times I ran into hiccups when setting things up, the team was so helpful in remedying my issues quickly. Swift Galleries is a great, more affordable option for IPS photographers! Cons Partial payment options so I can collect half down, and some kind of credit card scanner so I can scan cards instead of typing (and maybe you can and I just don’t know how!) Reasons for choosing Swift Galleries ProSelect looked complicated and expensive, Fundy didn’t seem as user friendly either.
