The overall experience is great. The system is easy to use and the team is quick to fix any bugs or issues that arise real time. Voltaire is a thousand times better than previous systems used in the past.

Pros

Voltaire is super easy to use for any type of claim letter. If there is an issue the team is quick to address a fix to my team's needs.

Cons

I am unable to edit letters within the Voltaire system (for now). I know this is a fix that is in the pipeline and I am more than ready to put it to the test!

Pros

I like that it gives me more than I need so that I can just delete what is not needed instead of pulling information from the policy.

Cons

Sometimes the way the report reads does not sound like a person wrote it. It has been getting better however.

From initial discussions, through set up and roll out, it has been an absolutely seamless experience

Pros

Customer support is the best that I have experienced from a vendor in 27 years in the insurance industry.

Cons

Field flexibility. Ex: the import estimate field does not always apply. Simple work around, but confuses new users. That is a very minor issue but all that I could come up with.

Good experience. Any letter issues have been addressed when support is requested, no delay. The team is constantly working to improve.

Pros

Ease of policy language; The system saves valuable time and effort by formatting the document and inserting the policy language.

Cons

Not being able to use other forms of loss reports. Summary of loss not being programed to auto-calculate when numbers are manipulated after the work document is in output

Overall my experience has been good. The live updates and constant improvements are encouraging. Not all policy forms are in yet, and some 1-off letters cannot be drafted using Voltaire, but 8 out of 10.

Pros

It is fairly straight forward to use, though not as intuitive initially on some parts. Partial denials for example, when its not clear, having to add items is confusing.

Cons

Some letters are not settlement letters and I do not have a narrative or estimate for. I have been rejected and have had to use the same document three times, which makes it difficult to edit the letter. Reservation of rights as an example.

Voltaire saved me sooo much time as an adjuster. The quicker the letters were written the better the production was, which in turn, meant more money on per claim gigs.

Pros

I loved that it made denial letters so easy. It saved tons of times bringing over the policy verbiage , indented as it needed to be. That’s so time consuming for adjuster. It compiled all necessary information into the denial letter within less that 30 seconds. All letters were formatted the same and always looked professional.

Cons

No cons. All kinks were fixed and works flawlessly . The only glitch I ever notice was it would confused 3’s and 8’s but that was resolved once reported!

I have used the software as an adjuster and a manager. It has been great and efficient in both rolls. Saving 10-30 minutes a letter adds up very fast throughtout a work week.

Pros

From a management position, the consistency and accuracy makes reviewing coverage letters much easier and time efficient.

Cons

Sometimes the letter will have many items being denied and revisions are needed to consolidate the paragraphs.

10/10 Everyone should be using this tool. It is so easy to use! Voltaire is accurate, efficient and quite easily the best tool known to adjusting.

Pros

I like the efficiency of Voltaire the most! The fact that it allows me to cuts my letter writing time in half!

Cons

In the early stages of Voltaire coming out, it would sometimes duplicate policy verbiage. Since then, I believe the bugs have been corrected.
