Hard to use. Pros Good catalog of safety topics. Ability to add resources outside the platform. Cons Very hard to use. Lack of administrative control. Must call tech support to perform functions that should be user level. HR Generalist Mechanical or Industrial Engineering ### "Fantastic Training Software!" 5.0 Overall Rating 5.0 5.0 Ease of Use 5.0 5.0 Features 5.0 5.0 Customer Service 5.0 5.0 Likelihood to Recommend 10/10 August 11, 2020 By utilizing the Infinit-I sofware, awe arre ensuring that our DOT Drivers are receiving the monthly training in order to help with compliance, etc. We love the New Driver Orienation, as that gives them a baseline of skill to start with, and we can access all training records very quickly when/if needed. Our Leadership group is very happy with the ease of this software, and the fact that we can utilize it for so much more than even just the DOT training that we currently use it for. Pros I like that you can customize your training to meet your specific needs. You can use already set up templates, or you can customize them to train with only the exact classes you want to use. I also like that you can train as often as you feel necessary. We train our Drivers once a month on a specific topic, but I can also go in the system and assign special training (if necessary) as often as I would like. The system also has the capability of letting you create and train with your own videos, which is exceptionally nice - the training can be personal and meaningful to your Drivers/staff. Cons There isn't anything I don't like about this software. I've always received exceptional customer service, and even have a Rep. call me monthly to check in to see if I need antyhing. Our Drivers find it very easy to use, and we get a monthly report (per our request) showing who has and who hasn't completed their monthly training. This is a great tool, and sure helps with our recordkeeping! The videos can be accessed from any tablet or computer with internet, including smart phones. Cons Some videos can be cheesy, others seem a little out dated, but the message of the video is always useful.
