I could not imagine using this system with more than 30 employees though. Pros CHEAP! This is one of the most affordable and feature-rich options in the HRIS world. Cons Their customer service is abysmal. Constant turnover, really annoying scripts and processes from the 80s. Service has gotten worse over the past 2 years and integrations are almost all paid. July 15, 2022 5.0 I've used many ATS systems before, but Fresh Team is really easy to use, without any complicated setup or settings or training for users. We also use Fresh Desk for our Support Ticketing system. Pros I love the ATS part of the Fresh Team system - being able to manage, organize and know who to follow up with is so important to be efficient in the hiring process. The ability to collaborate across team members is also another really important feature to us. You can create different hiring panels according to the job you are recruiting for, as you may need different hiring managers involved for different jobs We like that you can set up an interview time and then post interview, the system prompts you to record feedback. Cons At first glance there were a lot of different sections to use when setting up to recruit for the first time and can be a little overwhelming if you have never used an applicant tracking system before.(However, an introductory call with one of the Fresh team helped point me in the right direction) Review Source KA Katy A. Pros Personally, since I use this ATS daily for recruiting I feel FreshTeam is more recruiter friendly. Considering that it has been linked to our Career page and certain other free job sites, we can amplify our reach thus helping us to get maximum number of applicants applying to the position. Its high customisable and thats what I love abut it. Cons The offer letters that have been saved as templates have formatting issues during generation. Within minutes of demonstration of the proof of Concept I setup (also took minutes), we transitioned from our old pencil and paper HR tracking system to using Freshteam. Pros Our company used to do all hiring and HR work with pen and paper. This product has allowed us to intuitively automate most of that work away allowing for efficiencies for our small team that we never dreamed of. We are also very pleased with how integrated the solution is with our other Freshworks solutions. We are looking forward to growing our company with this tool Cons It doesn't integrate into our SSO the way we would like. For example, we think it would be nice to be able to have new employees transition directly into our systems with a specific role when hired. We have also had some trouble getting DKIM to work properly with the email forwarding, but we only need to ask the support team for help. Pros Before Freshteam, we were getting all of our employee applications through email, then had to upload and share with everyone and not in real time. Now, anyone on our hiring team can be alerted right away to an application and review it before team meetings. It has minimized the work of our hiring coordinator by at least 75%. Very thankful! Cons Overall, I think the software is very user-friendly but the setup and hiring team structure took a little work to understand on the front end. The system is very straight forward to use and is best suited for small businesses with not a lot of recruiting needs. It can get quite expensive if you need a lot of hires and you don't get much more for the added costs. Cons The customer service was quite poor and was a major driver to me leaving for another recruiting system. It did not take us much time to decide to go ahead with Freshteam after using the trial account. Earlier it was difficult for me to track the applicants and remember everything. This has made my work easier and helped me to save time. Pros Almost everything. Easy to use, easy to track the applicants, easy to schedule the interviews, easy to give feedback, and easy job postings. The software is amazing. Cons The only thing which can be improved is job posting on LinkedIn. Once the job is posted it takes time to appear on LinkedIn. If this can be done immediately that would be helpful. When vendors add candidates to the portal, they should see only their names. They can see other vendors' name as well while adding the tag. This I feel can be improved.
