Its easy to post a job and then duplicate the job. It was easy to manage candidates (Accept, reject, etc.) Cons I don't like that when you post a job its not possible to reshare the job to job boards. We had job open for a couple of months, but it would only post it to the external job sites once. Liked the fact that they were able to put together a ZipRecruiter integration fairly quick. Customer service was very prompt, and the upsells were fairly gentle. Overall, it was my first ATS experience, but I feel that pricing was fair and service was above and beyond what I would have expected. I'd put their service team on par with Freshbooks or Pipedrive - very fast, very attentive, and they smooth out the bumps in the road. Cons Some of the UI/UX was not super-intuitive, and it's a little challenging to make custom stages for pipeline.
