Every representative has ensured that all my needs were thoroughly taken care of and always extended additional assistance, making me feel like I was like their only client. Pros This ATS was by far the simplest ATS I've used and had to implement with a company. The step-by-step instruction guides was so easy to follow and also very easy to locate. Pros The recruiting functionalities. Its integrated with several job boards, we can sponsor and manage almost everything in one place. Also ensures that no candidate is left without an answer and/or a proper follow up. Cons The integration with linkedin is not fantastic. We were able to take a step in the direction towards a paperless process which was helpful. When we first started using this platform we ran into a lot of roadblocks. We eventually worked out the kinks with customer support and our own resourcefulness. Pros We relied heavily on the customizable application and job posting. We were able to customize majority of the fields according to our application needs. Cons Some of the features weren't as intuitive or user friendly, like emailing candidates straight from Freshteam. I like the career website, I like the workflow that is built in, and the onboarding task lists. Cons We are a very very small nonprofit with less then 10 people, the plans that they have start at 50 employees, I wish that they had a micro plans for organizations less then 25 people. I also don’t feel the need to pay for 50 employees when it will be several years to grow to that. Cons When you start your trial, it starts as you had the paid version and you don't really know what features you would be getting if you sticked to the free one. (6) you cannot upload a resume or offer letter in word format every time you need to convert I into pdf then only you can upload. During hiring, various interview rounds, assessments and analytics. Pros The way it has helped in achieving our hiring workflows, mainly for interviews, during our evolution of the processes around it. Cons Analytics can be better and faster. Often had some hard time figuring things out, and it becomes harder for non-technical TA team members during the monthly executive-level meetings. Since we have set up out TAT's we are able to use this and respond faster from other fresh work products. This enables us to increase productivity without actually working more. Of all the tools in the market, we found Freshteam ATS to be effective and optimized for companies who would like to do quality interview and hire the best. The UX is just superb Cons The licensing is quite stringent. We have lot of candidates apply for various positions. The ATS filters applications as per the defined rules. However there are lot of misses. We worked with the support and they resolve case by case. This resulted in exhausting the parsing numbers for that month quickly. Cons Support is worst i have ever seen, Each time have to wait like days to proper resolution not like the other companies who has on the spot on live chat resolution which you must improve. It streamlines my process & enables automation which has changed my work life. Cons Oftentimes the CVs don't load (you see an empty white box) & you have to keep refreshing. Relatively regularly get some kind of code error when trying to download or open CVs. Sometimes the cloud system fails to load the CV too. This occurs for maybe 5 or so CVs a day. Support is incredibly responsive and keen to help. I feel very looked after and enjoy interacting with the team.
