Pros Seats.io makes it as easy (and tries to make it less tedious) to make a seating chart. It has a learning curve, but once you have used it a few times it is simple. Integrates well with our event platform. Cons When you are creating the rows it can be tricky to make them even, especially if you are creating rows at an angle. It can also be frustrating to have to keep clicking between the different tools to select and alter seats. Pros The seats.io API, made it possible for us to build a custom solution that leveraged their platform for the key element of stadium layouts and seat assignment. We found the API documentation to be good and usually very complete. We found their team to be very responsive to our needs and questions when they did arise. Cons This is not quite a SAAS solution but it's close. I would like more competitive pricing that was transactional in nature.
