Pros: Providing a single platform to manage the hiring process - previously, different departments managed the hiring process differently to ensure information was shared and captured to their needs

Cons: There's often multiple ways to do things (which can also be a plus), but sometimes it can be confusing when trying to show other team members how to use.

Overall: ntegration with Google apps, strong search capabilities, unique links for different job boards, the fact that they're continuously improving and adding to the product.

Pros: I've never used such tool like Hire, and we're liking it so far. It's helps us organize candidates with tags and integrates perfectly with Calendar and Gmail (GSuite apps).

Cons: It could offer some integration with websites like Monster and others which we're used to find our candidates.

Pros: Hire integrate perfectly well with other Google apps. Ensuring we can easily import information's.
contained on other Google platforms into Hire : saving us precious time.
Integrates well too with major job posting websites.

Cons: Google hire currently only autopublishes to Glassdoor and Indeed. Will be brilliant if we are able to auto publish to LinkedIn, since most professionals are on there.

This is a very bare bones product and not what I expected for it coming out of Google.

Pros: It does not take a lot of time to pick up the tool for recruiters or engineers/hiring managers. Easy to navigate and add to collections as well as list the sourcer.

Cons: You have to @ everyone no matter if you are responding to a comment or starting a new one. It isn't the easiest to search through and it is very challenging to see your active pipeline, all candidates are in one long list and you have to scroll down. It has a number of areas for improvement

It was a little confusing at first, but after a few weeks I an maneuver seamlessly.

Pros: The job board integrations and the note taking. I like how you can send reminders for feedback and the how easy it is to communicate within the tool.

Cons: How people cant see feedback until they leave their own. This is a problem for us because our hiring managers dont want to get emails all day when people are applying, so we dot add them as a hiring manager. Then they cant see feedback until they leave their own. Sometimes you need that feedback before going into the interview so you can get candidates to elaborate on something or explain something.

Pros: The seamless integration into GSuite is great (not surprising, but really does make the product easy to use).

Cons: Whjile the existing features work as intended, there are some high value additional features that could make the product notably better and easier to use. The good news on this is that the pace of new feature development has been pretty brisk, so far.

Very functional, and good integration with Google Apps.

Pros: Integration with other google products like email and calendar and hangouts.

Cons: No developer API. This is by far the worst thing about Hire. We have our own career forms and we have to do manual data entry to get data into Hire. You guys seriously need to get an API out there and allow us to submit applicants through it from our backend system.

It's been a good experience. I had to switch over to save money. Customer service always helps.

Pros: I like that it does what I need it to do. Once you start using it, it's fairly easy to use. I like the scheduling aspect and that you don't have to go into Gmail to write an email each time.

Cons: There isn't a lot of functionality yet, so I'm having to find a lot of work-arounds, but that was expected, given the affordability. I also don't like that there is no external page hosted by Google for our career's page.

Pros: - ease of use
- connection with the G-Suite
- all information about candidate in one place
- good layout

Cons: - the biggest minus is that system doesn't check for a duplicates automatically, when we upload new candidates.
- doesn't connected with LinkedIN and doesn't load a profile from there
- there is no possibility to customize documents, which are loaded to the candidate's profile
- no possibility to delete or change the name of department if mistake was made and the same for the rejection reasons

These are the main features which we are missing a lot and which make our work with G-Hire very uncomfortable.

Overall: This is our first software for Recruiting and I have big doubts that it is the best one. The only one benefit, that we get is that everything is well organized and we started to grow our base of candidates.

Pros: - Integration with GSuite (calendars, email, contacts, etc.)
- Customizable
- Insightful reporting features

Cons: There are some areas that I would like to be able to customize more (e.g. turn off email notifications for every new application).

Overall: Being able to schedule interviews directly with Google Calendar saved me hours of work. The automatic reminders for interviewers to leave feedback also saved me the trouble of doing that manually.

Pros: This is a way better service than ZipRecruiter. It's very easy to setup and to use and we have made some great new hires with it.

Cons: Not enough recruitment sites know about it yet, so the data is thin, but always growing and getting better.

Overall: Great way to find help!

So far our outlook on this product has been positive and we're looking forward to future features!

Pros: You can easily submit feedback for feature enhancements and customer service responds quickly when you have questions or issues. They also follow up on your feedback which gives you a feeling they are actually taking your suggestions into consideration.

Cons: The ATS could provide a keyword searchable resume database to make capturing resumes worthwhile for future opportunities as opposed to just existing openings.

GHire is very intuitive, fast and seamlessly integrates gmail and google calendar.

Pros: Seamless integration with gmail and the calendar there by reducing time and duplication of efforts. This was one of our biggest challenge with our previous ATS and GHire solved it for us.

Search functionality within the app is great and fast.

Cons: May be more features and more flexibility (like customising forms and email notifications) should be added.

Google Hire is an excellent ATS to help me and my team keep on top of open positions and candidates.

Pros: I absolutely love the ease of use. It completely makes sense how they built it and is such a nice experience for the user. Nothing about it is really complicated and it lives up to the high Google standards. Whether it's an open role, a new candidate or an existing candidate, email templates or other automated features - everything is easily accessible and beautiful to manage. It makes our daily work easier and everything is completely organized. Plus the automated features such as email templates to reject a candidate or scheduling an interview with a few clicks are incredible. We've tried other ATS's and this is a winner!

Cons: Unfortunately the feature where Google Hire posts out open positions to job boards has been limited as they no longer are able to automatically post it out on Indeed for recruiting firms. This is mostly to be blamed on Indeed, but it's still limiting our usage of this software. This feature would have helped us a lot, now we can no longer receive applicants from Indeed unless we pay Indeed directly.

We implemented it for our firm at a time when our hiring needs were expanding.

Pros: The integrations with Google Apps work really well and each new feature makes it even better. It's very easy to navigate, schedule interviews and go through applications and the team is very responsive to feature requests.

Cons: The core application tracking software works really well compared to other options out there. There are no major cons to the software. If anything, I would love to get better visibility on how our job listings are performing across the various job boards.

Pros: Google is an innovator and it shows with this product. Seamless connection between Gmail and Calendar making the Hire platform easy to implement and use throughout the entire company, with minimal training. Additional add-ons through G suite that continue to make recruiting easier every day. Customer service is second to none, with Hire Help the most responsive team I've ever encountered. Questions are usually answered within an hour of submitting a request, and suggestions and recommendations are valued and acted upon.

Cons: Initially had an issue with incorrect time zones being sent to candidates when scheduling interviews causing some confusion, but that issue was worked out quickly.

Overall: A lot of time back in the day, along with a product that gets the hiring manager and their teams more involved in the recruitment process.

Pros: I like the design and ease of use. For the most part, things just work and the software is a pleasure to use. There are some issues with bugs here and there, but generally speaking it's a good lite ATS that looks good and works really well.

I would also say that the thing I like the most is their customer service. You can immediately chat with a Google Hire support person, and they're all phenomenal. If they can't resolve my issue, they send it to engineers and get me a solution.

The price is also a huge benefit. 100/mo and we have a few users onboard. The fact that they price by org at such a low rate vs charging by seat is awesome.

The software itself works as you would generally expect a Google product to. It's good looking, easy to implement, and gives you some good options.

Cons: It definitely has some bugs, and what I like least is just that it doesn't have enough features. I really love the software, but there are little things here and there I wish I could change. There are no customizable fields, which seems silly given that every company will likely want to use it a little bit differently.

I also dislike that it is set up only for internal HR teams, but that's not their fault. That is their main target, and we signed up as a recruiting firm just because we love Google products and already use a bunch. Unfortunately there are some annoying difficulties as a result, but for the most part we work around it just fine.

Lastly, the only other con I can think of is that you have no idea what feature is coming down the pipeline at any given moment. If there are things happening, they seem to be slow. We have requested I would say a handful of features, and they always put you on an email list to be notified when it's completed. In the last few months, we haven't been notified of anything being implemented and as far as I can tell nothing in the software really has changed. I suppose it isn't as buggy as it was initially so that's a good thing.

To be fair, who knows! They might just do huge releases every six months or something, then working on fixing all bugs until next release.

Overall: We benefited from Google Hire as it became the book of truth for all of our candidates. An ATS is necessary, and yet we found ourselves struggling and disliking a lot of the alternatives out there. Google Hire is well designed, well integrated into Google products which we use, and for the most part gets the job done of helping us sort/contact/and find candidates.
