Also the one click IN/OUT, if I leave the window open i simply click the child when they arrive and leave making the process much quicker and easier. Cons At times deletes menus I've imputed. My time should be spent with children not waiting for system to enter meals. Pros I don't have any. Been using this since October 2019 and it is slow. Cons THis program runs so extremely slow. All I have to do is submit my meal claims electronically to the Food Program and then I can check on the progress of my claim throughout any given month. The time saved when I became familiar with the operation and the information that is available through it are great. When I have had a problem the help line was quick with the solution and the person I spoke with was always pleasant. Pros The ease of learning the peculiarities of the operation and that the most difficult part was letting the program do what it is designed to do, ease the input of meal information. Cons I have experienced an occasional unexpected glitch during an input operation, but it resolved itself when I moved on to another operation so it didn't required further concern. Pros It is pretty easy to use, and I like all the things that it has to offer. Been using it since my food program started using it. I like that keeps track of meals and has ideas for meals. Cons Since it is new , there has been glitches. But they are getting them figured out. I lime that all my kids are automatically in the system . And the times of day and meals are easlaly recorded.
