I use only the basic features of KidKare. I have not made use of the accounting features.

Pros

KidKare is easy to use and makes being part of the Food Program a breeze!

Cons

I have only had a few questions about KidKare. There are some things that I can not do and have to call my sponsoring agency to do for me.

We like almost everything about this website. They put everything in simple order which always easy to use for customers. Never had any problem so far.

Cons

Sometime it get out of network and stop working.

I have a at home childcare center. I’m in the food program. So I claim my meals on this app and it very easy. I love the fact that I can claim my meals from my phone or my tablet.

Pros

It’s easy to operate. And I can use this app on my phone or my tablet.

Cons

Nothing really sometimes it freezes. But overall it’s awesome.

Solved the problem of having to sit stationary at a laptop. I can check the app even when I’m standing in line at the market, in a meeting or just bored...

Pros

That it’s web based and I can update from any device even when my laptop is in the repair shop...

Cons

No dislikes. Not at all. I can’t even make up a dislike.

It's user friendly with nothing complicated to figure out.

Cons

I don't like that I have to click each child that is there every day for every meal. I would rather have every child already selected and then only have to deselect the few if any that are not there for the meal.

It is fast and only takes me minutes to fill out, it is a lot faster than the old way (paperwork).

Pros

The ease of usage, it keeps up with changes in the food program, fast and acurate.

Cons

Nothing, it covers everything I need. I am very pleased and find it easy to use. I would not change a thing!

I like the ease of the software. Everything is self explanatory.

Cons

I don't have much I don't like. Somethings I guess I get frustrated when the site seems to be running slow or wont let you log on periodically.

I really love it. At first I didn't like it but now that I am used to it, it's great!

Pros

Most best thing is the phone app. That is the most convenient thing of all.

Cons

The in and out times is something that I think could have been done easier and/or less clicks. If I type it in sometimes I have to retype because it allows to enter extra digits that makes so sense. Then if I use the little clock, theres extra unnesssary clicks needed, I think

I like the minute menu as It appears easier to manage menus and reduce the amount of time spent when recording meals and attendance. I can process the minute menus anywhere with my device. I love it.

I love that I can log in on my devices. I am not always in front of a computer so the convenience of the mobile apps is very important to me.

Cons

I am not a fan of having to repeat a process because it does not take it the first time but it doesn't happen often.
