its easy, save us time, give us a lot of options and its clear

sometimes is off or doesnt let us record meals rearely but it happens, recording time in and out is hard since we are busy with children

It is the trend going paperless. It just has a bit resistance switching from one way doing to a new way doing. I have not tried the pro version that helps accounting for home daycare. Give a try. You might like it.

Pros

It reduce unnecessary paperwork for child care food program to report daily meals. It saves time and postage to return required food program paperwork monthly.

Cons

Due to program regulations, we cannot do food reporting in batch weekly or biweekly. Good and bad. But it is just a matter of building the new habit to do it daily. It is not as hard.

Great healthy habits have improved and children are intaking much more fruits and vegetables

Pros

It is very easy to input daily meals and keep record of food groups that are being served daily. I have been using KidKare since March 2018 and have had nothing but great things to say about it. I lovvvve it!

I don't have anything I dislike about this software. Its been great

I have foods to choose from that are approved by the program and this helps me to plan menus quicker and create a grocery list that rarely changes.

Pros

The easy use of the software and how I can rotate the menus after planning them out with the many choices of food offered.

Cons

I can't go back and fill in meals if I am busy and miss a day. This causes me to lose payments for that day.

Pros

It’s simple to use. It allows you the opportunity to to get accustomed to a new way of processing your forms. I like all the extra features. I can complete my form worry free and if I make an error I can correct it easily. I can also add or delete with ease.

Cons

Nothing really. I enjoy being able to use it on my iPad anywhere and anytime.

I find this to be very easy to use. As a parent I feel very good knowing what my child is doing throughout the day

Cons

I have found this to be fairly easy to use, however some of the features I would like to be able to edit such as the username.

My experience so far has been amazing and I try to remember to input everyday but a lot of days I miss even with a phone alarm set to enter in foods.

Pros

Has many sections to open to answer any questions. You can go back and reflect on meals and past payment history fast.

Cons

Least liked was how you have to individually input everyone’s calendar one by one by dragging icons.

Software is easy to use and very convenient to have. It makes managing food program simpler and hassle free. The setup also leaves little room for error to make sure all information is enter accurately.

Cons

The only thing I don't like is information must be enter by midnight. Sometimes after a busy or hectic day that can be a task.

The business problems that I handle on KidKare are: for the mentoring of children meal plans, attendance, and a food prep formation, already in place for me to choose from; such as, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

The most I like about this software is, everything is a click of a button;I love it.

Great and thankful for the ease of use of the product!

Pros

What I liked MOST about KidKare is that it is very user friendly! Thank you!

Cons

I prefer to start my day with entering meals before kids check in for the day. I used to be able to do this however, now, I cannot do this ahead of time because you require me to check the kids in BEFORE entering meals. Secondly, USDA requires that 1 whole grain meal be served per day NOT at every meal like your system requires. Lastly, software has been down at times when I needed it!
