It was easy to set up. You can't beat the price. The platform is basically free to set up. The only charges are for ACH or credit/debit card payment. They walked me through the process of transferring my information from DoorLoop. Cons The hold time. Public holidays and weekends increase the wait before the money hits the account. However, I was told this only happens the first time a tenant uses that mode of payment. There’s still a lot of user interface improvements that could be made which we have made suggestions to their team about. Pros It’s free . however, you do get what you pay for the best thing about it is online payments for tenants and tracking records. The dashboard makes it really easy to navigate the user interface so everything is easy to find. The customer support has been my favorite part because each time we even have a question, they're very helpful in providing a solution and confirming our questions have been answered Pros I really like how it encompasses everything wed need for being landlords. It keeps track of everything in one spot so it's easy to see for both us as landlord and as our tenant. I enjoy the fact that our referral code will provide up a percentage of pay back from whoever uses our referral code. It helps us keep track of our lease, any amendments made, and invoices (which are so easy to edit after we've created them). I appreciate that we have run into a few bugs for applications and invoices and the customer support is so patient and provides solutions every time. Our tenant informed us he really likes that Innago reports his rent payments to the federal bureau. Cons The app can be slow to load messages. Also the messages sometimes are sent but don't populate until you close the screen and open it back up. We set up our application to do a background check. There were many times we had applicants that showed a clean background on Innago, though upon us conducting our own background check on public record, we would find those applicants actually did have a record, and often times they had failure to pay rent charges. That was a bit of a concern since we are using it for property management. The payments also take 3 days to process every time. I can navigate to most settings fairly easily. I like that rent collection fees from either ACH or credit card can be set to either the landlord or tenants responsibility. Cons I haven't found anything I really dislike yet. Sometimes certain features or settings arent exactly where I would think they'd be. I also have not used some of the features so I cannot speak on those. The cost savings and ease of use were major reasons I switched from Realtor.com to Innago. Pros Ilove that Innago provides a seamless, one-stop hub for landlords and tenants, making it so much easier to manage tasks like handling payments, invoices, and legal documents all in one place. It's completely free except for some ACH credit card transactions, which is amazing. The ease of use is a big plus, especially for a first-time landlord like me. I also find it invaluable for securely connecting with tenants and handling legally binding documents and payments. Providing more in-depth step by step guides and also a lot of the stuff is online. But it has so many features that usually for a first time landlord, it looks a little overwhelming. You can't get a little bit lost. And once you know what you're looking for, everything is there and more. Cons While there is so many great feature with Innago, it can sometimes be overwelming to keep track of all the details and how to navigate the site. The platform experience, along with the available features, has been impressively simple. A lot of the other platforms immediately began calling and spamming but nothing of the sort from Innago! Pros Value, features (maintenance, etc), tenant screening, multisite listings (Zillow, etc), free for landlords, e-signature Cons I truly love the platform; the one item that is a con is time surpassed between tenant rental payment to landlord bank deposit. It was about 5 business days.
