I had an issue with validating my tenant's renter's insurance and had reached out to Innago's customer support team for assistance. They were quick to respond and were able to alleviate my issue. Innago is practically free and is great value! Cons I have yet to run into any issues with Innago that are worth discussing. I think with any new software there is some learning but Innago makes it easy. Pros So many features all in one free app. Create leases in any state, and can manage multiple properties and units on one app. The maintenance request feature is great as well as rent payment and documentation for both tenant and landlord. Cons New lease creation is easy and straightforward. However if you are aquiring a property that already has tenants. Can be tricky to navigate setting up or transitioning. Support team has been very responsive any time I’ve had an issue. Cons Messaging tenants is only available through desktop, not the app. That would be convenient. I get a lot of pop ups about bugs or something not working when on the platform.
