It’s a well-rounded platform that makes managing multiple rental properties much easier. The software includes all the essential tools I need, and everything is laid out in a way that’s easy to navigate. The payment processing is especially convenient—rent collection is smooth and efficient, which has made a noticeable difference in my workflow. Customer support has also been excellent. The team is quick to respond and helpful whenever questions come up. I also appreciate that my tenants have found the system easy to use. I would definitely recommend Innago to other landlords. It was straightforward to set up, and it quickly became the central place where I manage applications, leases, rent collection, expense tracking, report generation and tenant communication for my residential rentals. Innago has significantly reduced the amount of manual, scattered work I used to do across different tools, and replaced it with a clear, organized workflow. The interface is intuitive enough for daily use, but still powerful enough to support real-world landlord needs as my portfolio grows. Cons Overall, Innago works very well for Minikaal Corporation, but there are a few things that could be improved. The first is session stability: I’ve noticed that the app occasionally logs me out unexpectedly, which interrupts the workflow when I’m switching between tasks or devices. Second, I would love to see more built-in communication capabilities. Right now, not being able to email tenants directly from within the app limits how centralized my communication can be. Adding native email and more robust messaging tools would make Innago even more powerful. Finally, automated messaging similar to what Airbnb offers would be a huge win: things like pre‑move‑in, post‑move‑in, pre‑lease‑termination, and post‑lease‑termination message templates that go out automatically based on dates and triggers. The website is very well organized, it is easy to add new tenants, edit/modify/create invoices, keep track of the finances, use filters in the income/expense sections to focus on any particular tenant/timeframe/type/etc. I have explored various features over the past few months, and really the only thing I was surprised by, and maybe that is just good to be aware of, is the inability to sign a lease from your phone, it can only be done on the website. The positives and benefits of Innago far outweigh this one downside. I cannot imagine moving to a different platform. To top it off, not a single complaint from any of the tenants so far. I expect the software will help me find information much more easily when it comes to filing our tax returns. Pros Developing a custom lease agreement, fillable forms, e-signature, best of all this is free and makes the tracking of leases, payments, security deposit refunds, and overall financial tracking easy. Cons Lease signing from a phone is not possible or it prompts to do so from a computer. This adds a delay to my process of signing the lease. Excellent for monthly collection I now use it for maintenance requests and Tennant communication. Tennant communication has gotten a lot better since it first rolled out. We love the fact that we can send potential tenants to fill out an application and pay for a background check and how we are able to approve or deny them and connect them with a property and set them up. It streamlines our process and makes it easier for us to do our own in-house property management. We are all about efficiency and Innago is a big part of how we are able to be efficient in our Tenant management. Plus the fact that tenants can submit maintenance requests and we have the system to keep updates and provide photos throughout the process is amazing!
