They always respond so quickly. My tenants also love it! Pros It's modern and free for landlords. It also has maintenance management. Cons Sometimes it's hard to find what you're looking for - I've had to contact support on a couple occassions. Fantastic Support" February 12, 2021 5.0 We solved the problem of moving our tenants from payment via mail into an electronic format. During the process we reached out for support and were given a person; a real live person. She was great and made all the differnce. We couldn't be happier! Pros The ability to collect rent and manage work requests. The system allows all of our tenants to have a single platform to contact our ownership group. Cons None. Recent changes have made inporting lease templates much better. Reason for choosing Innago The reputation and simplicity of the software made this product our top choice. Great job Innago! Landlord Real Estate Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "First time Landlord" March 10, 2021 5.0 I purchased my first rental property and wanted to find a good option to collect rent. Innago was a great fit because it lets the tenants choose how to pay and they incur the fees for using credit cards themselves. As a consumer, I love that flexibility of using a card but I didn't want the added expense as a landlord. Now I can collect 100% of the rent and tenants can decide how to pay and what fees they want to incur (in addition to the rent I charge) Pros Easy setup, inexpensive for landlord, excellent app for tenants. Cons We would love if there were a version of the bank deposit reports where we could view the amount deposited from each tenant without having to click on each deposit, and then click again on each separate amount to see which tenant it was from. It's free and has all I need. I don't love sending emails to my tenants requesting things because I want to be friendly, so Innago does all the annoying stuff so I don't have to be that guy. I can even write up an email and pretend it's from Innago lol Pros Hands-free property management. Easy to use. Has all you need. Cons Which funds made it to my bank next day, but 2 days is fine. CFO Real Estate Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "Great for small portfolio" April 6, 2021 5.0 Great experience for my personal portfolio Pros This is a great tool for book keeping, ensuring that you have leases for tenants and that they pay on time and if not late fees can be applied automatically whichever way your lease wants it Cons It is a bit costly for tenants if the pay with CC and there is also a fee for ACH.
