The pricing is much better. I’m not paying for a bunch of features that I don’t need and would never use. Pros It was easy to use and very intuitive. The old program was much more complicated to do simpler tasks. Cons I haven’t really had an issue. There was a learning curve at the start, which is normal and the couple of questions that I had to call in or answered prompt and easily. Previously used calendar reminders to manually check and follow up on outstanding payments made through PayPal or Venmo. Tried about 10 different platforms and by far the best. Excellent for monthly collection I now use it for maintenance requests and Tennant communication. Tennant communication has gotten a lot better since it first rolled out. Innago appears to be investing heavily in the platform as it has continually improved over the last couple of years Pros Ease of use, tenants have an app they can use, monthly billing with automated late fee calculation Cons Lease templates are uneditable after creation. Have to upload a new template and start over to make lease changes. And if you can't figure something out, they have great support they will help you and send you easy instructions on how to complete your tasks. I've been loving it, and can't imagine using any other software for collecting rents or managing my rentals! Cons I can't think of anything! October 21, 2025 5.0 I have been pleasantly surprised that there is an app that makes every aspect of property management easy and it's so affordable. Pros was easy to set up and start using. The guided set up is very helpful. Security features keep your banking information safe, and your tenants' information secure. The dashboard is easy to read and understand, and lets you see at a glance what needs attention. We have added many more properties since starting with the app, and it was simple. Keeping track of income and expenses is a breeze. Cons I started using from my desktop, and swapping to the app on my phone isn't as easy as using the desktop version. Review Source Walter R. I almost forget I have 6 rental units because so much is automatic. I'm looking forward to spending more time leveraging 's features to help me as much as possible. Pros The best thing about for me is the "one-stop-shopping." That is, instead of my scattered record keeping system, Innago keeps almost all aspects of my rental business organized for me. Recording and depositing rent checks is now automatic! Innago helps me do a more professional and formal job at tracking maintenance issues, which also helps at tax time. Innago also gives my rental business a professional front end, not just for me, but also for the tenants. It helps us all take the business more seriously. And Innago is fairly easy to use. Lastly, Innago makes it possible to go anonymous if you wish (for better protection of assets against frivolous lawsuits). We only have 6 rental units (3 duplexes) so Innago more than handles the job, so that most of the time I hardly give the rentals a thought. When I've had questions, I was reasonably pleased with customer support which seems to be staffed with courteous and knowledgeable people. Cons I've only been using for about 9 months, so any criticisms I have may be due to my inexperience. But I sometimes have a difficult time finding certain information. It's all there, but not always intuitive to my way of thinking. For example, I tend to think of the rentals in terms of the Tenant and the corresponding Property. So for multiple issues dealing with tenant Mary, I'd expect to go to Mary's tenant page and take care of these things. But Innago's data organization is mostly first by function. To take any action (raise rent, issue invoice, comment on maintenance request) Innago has you go to the Leases, Income and Maintenance modules, look up Mary in each one, and perform the actions. I sometimes find this approach tedious, but to be fair, there are some actions where the Innago strategy is a better approach. It's robust for what it is and it's nice that it's free. Pros Customer service response is prompt and helpful. Setup was intuitive. I've been getting rental payments from my tenants and they haven't had any questions. Cons Four stars because: I know some other free property management tools have lower costs to tenants for rental payment methods. It takes a surprisingly long time for payments to process and deposits - more than a couple days usually 3-4 days. A few features I wish it had that it doesn't have right now: the ability to customize lease lengths after the initial term (right now it just offers conversion to month to month), late fees to trigger for late utilities not just rent, ability to make auto rental payment deductions mandatory to pay rent.
