April 1, 2026 5.0 We are completely satisfied with the service we get, and would recommend anyone with small or large inventories of properties to take advantage of their services. Pros We have been using for years now, and I cannot think of any other online service that can top its features. It's easy to navigate and provides a full range of services. I'm staying. Cons There are no cons in using this full-service platform. They cover all the basis of my small business, including income, expenses, tenant screening, and lease creation. Pros It is a very easy platform to use you navigate great all in one property management system. Cons I wish there was an option for me to pay for screening and income verification as well as if now it can only be billed to the tenant. In my state I am limited in what can be charged for screening so I need to be able to pay for my own screening. Cons I cannot send payments/refunds to owners and keep my management fee. Alternatives considered [Stessa](https://www.capterra.com/p/181042/Stessa/) Reason for choosing Innago Stessa was too involved with the banking and less flexible. It couldn't accommodate my late fee rules right of the batt so had my account deleted. Switched from [RentRedi](https://www.capterra.com/p/199707/RentRedi/) RentRedi couldn't accommodate a bi-weekly lease structure. I had to contact their support team almost every month because of constant issues that they couldn't fix. And to top it off, they don't even send you an email if a tenant is late with rent. I checked it out & LOVE the dashboard. It seems to good to be true, but the customer service has been GREAT, the ease of creating invoices is great. I love having a one stop spot for everything property management. We only have one property, but I have several friends with multiples & this would be a huge win for them. I'm recommending innago to everyone! We are about to close on a second house and we will be adding it to the platform as well. Pros The ease of use of the platform. It was very easy to setup and we rarely get questions from our tenants on how to pay. Pros I don't use most of the features of but mainly use it for rental applications / credit & background screening. I like that I'm able to customize fields and containers for rental applications so I don't have to come back and ask potential tenants for more info. It's already provided for me and streamlines the process. Cons I don't like that when forwarding a rental application over to a property owner that I need to attach everything but the application as a separate file (credit, background, photos, documents, etc). I'm glad I found . The website and the app are easy to use and there's detailed instructions on creating a lease template. The interface isn't as polished as the more expensive product but the functionality is all there. I was able to find everything I needed. The value I gained is tremendous. I'm a happy user. Pros It's free and has all the features I need as a landlord for a rental home. The website and mobile apps are easy to use. Cons The website interface could look more polished. It's not a big deal at all as all the functionality is there and it's easy to use. Anytime we've had questions, contacting customer service was easy. Setting up our property and payments has been really easy. We recommend to other landlords. Pros I like that the program is free to use. And despite being free, offers a lot. Most everything is really easy to use. Cons Adding applicants to lease was more difficult. Perhaps my own learning curve, which is often greater than that of others. Even as I struggled at times figuring out how to make it do what I wanted, the support was there to help me every step. I was able to customize a tenant application, including receiving document attachments from applicants. There's even a comprehensive background check that's received quickly after the applicant pays. I'm able to send rent invoices, collect rent, and manage bookeeping, all from their site. I've emailed customer service a few times, and they've always been very fast in responding. They also have online webinars from time to time, educating users on their features. I love that it's a quality property management platform, yet completely free for landlords. It's a win-win!
