If you are not, I think you'd find it very frustrating. Pros That it is free and has all the features I need. I like that the mobile app is just as useful as the desktop. Cons The learning curve. I’m a first time Landlord and considered hiring a property manager because I wasn’t sure where to start. Once my sister and brother in law recommended Innago and I looked it over it gave me the confidence that I could do it on my own. I haven’t had any issues and my tenets like the platform as well. Pros Love the automatic payments from tenets. I’m a first time landlord so I love how easy it is to everything all in one place, stay organized, and run everything through the app. Application process as a breeze. Cons There was a bit of a learning curve in the beginning. I ended up using some YouTube tutorials to find my way around. Once I got going it became simpler. I don't have to constantly monitor it. Once everything is set up, it's pretty hands off. Pros Once you set it up, it's pretty hands off. I love that my tenants can choose how they want to pay their rent and the money is automatically transferred to my bank account. I have been through a lot of different property management software and platforms. Buildium was way too complex and was too much of a learning curve, Rent Redi was simple but had a bad tenant portal. Innago was perfect. It was easy to use for my smaller portfolio of multifamily rentals. From the tenant side I have gotten so many compliments from my residents on the ease of the interface they experience. Pros The price is unbeatable. Innago is very easy to use and navigate for both owners and tenants. Add as many bank accounts as possible for no additional fees. Cons No expense tracking or email template management.
