May 15, 2025 5.0 Overall i have been very happy with it. i just started using the software and ive found it mostly pretty easy to navigate. Pros I really like their clean look and rent collection system. Very easy to use the software as well. i like how they have instruction videos online. Pros Innago was extremely easy to set up and use. I had everything updated within the first couple of days to send communications to tenants and receive rent payments. No additional steps to get everything to work seamlessly. Customer Service has also been very quick to respond to both myself and to my tenants when needed.Easy to integrate to my bank and lots of features. Cons So far nothing. I have had no issues with the platform yet. I like it that it's free, with just beginning I go in once a month to manage and there is no complaint. Pros I really appreciate everything it offers—free software that's perfect for someone like me who's just starting out, and customizable features that make it easy to tailor to my properties. It’s user-friendly and simple to make changes. It also includes background screening, rental applications, and even the ability to upload my lease agreements, all if I choose to use them. Plus, the customer service is excellent! I've reached out multiple times and have had nothing but great experiences. Cons For me it was a little difficult for me to navigate the tools, maybe I'm getting old but customer service was able to assist every single time and it was easier than I thought. I used it to collect tenant applications and manage the one rental. Definitely see myself scaling it. Pros Free platform takes a lot of guesswork out of being a first time land lord. Easy to use and get started, support has been responsive. Cons When I was creating the initial lease I remember that process was very manual to enter text boxes and signatures. Cons I have had a few minor hiccups with finding out how to do certain things that I do believe processes could be streamlined for. One example is adding a bank account, and once you add a bank account you then have to go elsewhere to assign it to the specific property. It's only available at this time on desktop but it's the purple circular icon in the lower right hand corner of the screen. You can click it to pull up helpful articles, our ChatGPT supported AI help, and, when needed, the option to chat with a live person. Our response times are typically within a couple of minutes. Once my sister and brother in law recommended Innago and I looked it over it gave me the confidence that I could do it on my own. I haven’t had any issues and my tenets like the platform as well. Pros Love the automatic payments from tenets. I’m a first time landlord so I love how easy it is to everything all in one place, stay organized, and run everything through the app. Application process as a breeze. Cons There was a bit of a learning curve in the beginning. I ended up using some YouTube tutorials to find my way around. Once I got going it became simpler. March 11, 2025 5.0 Overall I am very happy with my decision to use Innago. I have been through a lot of different property management software and platforms. Buildium was way too complex and was too much of a learning curve, Rent Redi was simple but had a bad tenant portal. Innago was perfect. It was easy to use for my smaller portfolio of multifamily rentals. From the tenant side I have gotten so many compliments from my residents on the ease of the interface they experience. Pros The price is unbeatable. Innago is very easy to use and navigate for both owners and tenants. Add as many bank accounts as possible for no additional fees.
