I have been through a lot of different property management software and platforms. Buildium was way too complex and was too much of a learning curve, Rent Redi was simple but had a bad tenant portal. Innago was perfect. It was easy to use for my smaller portfolio of multifamily rentals. From the tenant side I have gotten so many compliments from my residents on the ease of the interface they experience. Pros The price is unbeatable. is very easy to use and navigate for both owners and tenants. Add as many bank accounts as possible for no additional fees. Cons Transfer time for payments is longer than I would like. For now, the only options for payments are ACH & credit cards. Cons The Help within the software. I di not find step by step instructions on the tasks I wanted to perform. Ended up having to call or email for help.
