Pros It’s user friendly and flexibility for different situations is great. I am renting to a company and being able to change and add text boxes to accommodate a companies needs is great! It's very user-friendly and effective as an all-in-one property management software. Pros The all-in-one platform Innago provides for a new landlord with a handful of properties is great. I love that I can send applications, have the applicants complete the background/credit checks, review applications, send and sign leases and manage my tenants all in one place. Cons There's not a great option for insurance tenants. I am currently hosting my second tenants using Innago and have had no problems collecting rent and sending the leases. Pros It is easy to get an account set up for the landlord and tenant. The lease templates are great and easy to set up and sent out. Rent collection is a breeze. Pros I liked that it took the guess work from me in finding a renter. It was able to successfully identify renters after they completed the criminal background and income verification process. Cons Some of the potential renters never completed the application or appeared to be stuck. I walked a few people through the process but it didn't seem to anything related to Innago website itself. So far it has been easy to get my tenants signed up, track payments, set up and electronically sign lease agreements. Pros The customer service is great and the software is very user friendly. It was very easy to set up my property, sign leases, and track payments, expenses, etc. Cons Have been pleased with everything so far. There have been a few things that I was not sure how to do but between the customer service by phone/email and the AI powered chat online I have been able to get all my questions answered. So far, my experience has been very positive. The setup was easy, the features are helpful, and it makes managing the property much simpler. I'm glad I gave it a try. Pros I liked how easy it was to set up my rental listing and manage everything in one place. The platform is very user-friendly and efficient. I’m getting g ready to do my taxes and that is the part that I wish was stronger with Innago. Pros The organization of the material and the inputs of all information is pretty intuitive and easy to find. The help feature easily answers questions about system use. Cons There’s not a tax feature to help at end of year, sorting by category etc. the addition of a payee seems clunky, with the extra click to add more information on the payee. There’s no function for a landlord to pay on behalf, partial, or all of the applicant renter. Some qualified tenants do not want to pay for the application fee because there’s no guarantee of acceptance. Or there should be a feature that allows the landlord to enter the applicants info without the historical verification of the applicant. Review Source JL Jack L. I switched from Avail after they raised their prices and was shocked the Innago was free considering how customizable their features were. So many options for both the landlord and tenant with all of the same features I was used to paying for at Avail. I don’t know why more people don’t use this this program over other paid programs! I have 1 property to manage and I found the features to be great for my purposes. The background check process was really easy on me and my tenants, and the whole thing is really easy to manage. It has good tracking for expenses, and things are generally intuitive. Cons The UX is a little bit dated, but everything is there that you need. The relationship between propert>units>tenants>leases is a little confusing the first time, but once you understand it it's not bad. I do wish the lease editor was a little easier to use, adding merge fields is pretty tedious and it was hard to get the formatting correct. Cons The website speed has gotten much slower which makes it hard to navigate the pages. Also, the affiliate program hasn’t operated smoothly in terms of getting paid for referrals. Also that there are free features for the tenants to pay as well as a feature to manually enter payments. Cons Some parts were a little confusing at first, but once I figured out where everything was located, it became a smooth process. This is the first managing my own property, so it was more in my end of trying to get familiar with different platforms.
