Excellent service support. Each time I called the support team I got a quick call back and my questions were answered. Maintenance function works great as well and the best of all is it's still for free! Cons The only thing to improve is that the rent payments are takeing too long to deposit in my account. I reviewed a number of competitor platforms but landed on Innago due to the number of built in features and pricing (free!). Pros Has just about every feature built into the platform that a beginner to mid-level property manager would need. On top of that, cannot beat the pricing. Once you learn how to navigate the platform, it's a great tool. Cons Some items were difficult to locate or took some time playing around to get the way I wanted. Review Source AT Amy T. Pros It is free and it allows you to manage the property (collect money, get service requests, sign contracts, etc.). Cons As with every platform there is a learning curve, but nothing serious. Pros User friendly and very detailed. I like that all items I need to manage my property are in one place. The system walks you through how to set up and use each aspect of the website. Admin Accounting Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Worth the research" November 7, 2024 5.0 Researched all current and reputable rental agreement software and read innumerable positive reviews about switching to Innago from another company's software and gave it a go myself. I struggled just a little with the last part of the agreement but the tutorials and customer service are great. According to Reddit, some of these other companies are a real headache and not worth the time or money. Haven't had any hiccups since and my tenant is happy with it as well. Maintenance tracking is a fantastic feature. Pros Ease of use for landlord and tenant, quality and response time of support, important notifications and seamless EFT. We really like to track maintenance requests and receipts for tax purposes. Cons There were some slightly less than clear instructions in setup but customer service clears it up. Pros Innago makes it easy for me to manage my entire rental portfolio. It's a great software at an even better price, free. Cons The part I dislike most is only being able to send one document for signing at a time. This can take a while for each new resident to get through the entire onboarding process. July 20, 2024 5.0 Pros I did a lot of research on various property management softwares before going with Innago. Rent collection is seamless. It's very convenient for both landlords and tenants. The website is also user friendly! Overall, I'm happy with my decision! Cons It's still missing a few features, but they have implemented some enhancements throughout the years, such as being able to return security deposits through Innago. It is a great way to participate in the modern age w/o it being expensive for those of us who are using it for a unit or two. My only alternative would be traditional pen and paper which I like to avoid as someone younger myself! Cons It can be a bit overwhelming to start, but I think that argument could be made for any program when you are encountering a new UI. I did not need a training to be able to use the innago. The tenant process from beginning to end is very smooth. Pros I love everything about Innago. What I love most is how everything is in one place. Application, background, credit and income verifications, the lease and even rent can be paid through Innago.
