Ithen had to try and get some it back from my customer. Pros well at first it was easy to use . It did invoices, allowed us to get paid, but then it started charging for trans actions and we lost a lot of money on one large deal. Cons Contacting the customer service team was a pretty horrible experience no results. everything is out sourced which is even worse. I believe this is a significant upgrade from other expense apps that I have used in other roles. It is easy to see how much budget there is on your company card, and I really appreciate how quickly they populate. Pros I love how quickly expenses populate in the app/online. I have used other expense platforms that take several days to populate, which leads to missed expenses and reports. This software is quick and intuitive! Cons It would be very helpful if there were a favorites section for the type of expense that is incurred. It can be slightly annoying having to search each time for the new expense rather than from a list.
