Pros The spend control through assigned budgets and assigned funds. The in app receipt capture is a must and truly simplified my life with QB integration. Pros This is an awesome tool. Expense reporting, budgeting, spending cards, virtual cards, budgets -- this tool does it all. FOR FREE. A must-have for any budget-conscious business. Which is basically every business. Cons When I originally signed up, they didn't have many credit options, it was all mostly "debit", which is fine, but there are times when a line of credit is nice. Pros Divvy's customer support is first class. When something goes wrong, or a mistake is made by a user or myself, the support team never fails in resolving the issue immediately. The only thing that has stopped us from dropping one of our other company credit cards is the lack of weekly budgets. Pros They are constantly innovating their system with useful and meaningful features. The customer support team is incredible. Pros That we can control how much money employees have access to for a specific budget. Cons When using the app sometimes it doesn't give you the option to choose all the budgets that you have access. Sometimes it only shows like half the budgets. It's easy to use, easy to learn, and makes your life so much easier. The team is also super helpful and looks for ways to go above and beyond to get the job done. Great product that has brought great results to our team. Pros This product has made my life so much easier when it comes to budgeting and managing expenses. We ordered a card for every one of our employees and whenever they need money all they need to do is request it and within minutes they can have it. Setting up budgets is simple and intuitive and if you ever have questions your are seconds away from an incredible customer support team. I also love the reminders about categorizing expenses that it sends to me and my team after we use the card for a purchase. Great product and a great team to work with. Cons Overall I don't have much to put here. Every once in a while a bug will surface on the app but it usually doesn't slow down anything at all. It has saved our clients time and money while also giving them the rewards of a traditional credit card. I would highly recommend! Cons The only difficulty we encountered with Divvy was with its initial QuickBooks integration. The Divvy support team helped us resolve these issues. Their support is responsive and helpful! Pros able to track expenses for my accountant Cons cusotmer support starts with FAQ's. The customer chat is not that intuitive (you'll know when you try to chat). The easy of use it great to capture expenses but the real beauty of this tool is the simplistic way it allows employees or accounting to generate expense reports. The time savings is huge and allows you employees to focus on their job and not assembling receipts and preparing an expense report. Pros Easy of use, quick learning curve, very flexible Cons We pay weekly but budgets reset monthly so it gets a bit tricky for people who max out weekly. Review Source Chris K. I do believe the person on the sales team did not set my expectation on some things (rewards, expense reports, reporting features) Pros The app and PC interface are very user-friendly. Cons There are not enough reporting features. Everything has to be exported to Excel where it then has to be cleaned up and scrubbed. I would like more roles available or the ability to grant access to certain features. There are no surprises at the end of the month. Pros I love not having to ask people for a company credit card and having to keep track of physical receipts. Everything is done within the app and it's extremely easy to request the funds I need when I'm booking marketing activities. Quick access to virtual cards that scale very well with our organization. Cons Three huge red flags for their rewards program. You don't get the rewards for a year. You have to spend at least 30% of your credit line and the rewards are actually pretty bad cash ratio. In other words they make you feel like you're getting 1.5% cash back but its more like .75%.
