Goodbye expensing! Pros I can give funds to my team wherever they are and can automatically allocate those funds to their specific projects. It's made organization of finances so much easier. Pros Very easy to learn, use, and customize! The features are pretty self-explanatory and the initial training is easy and helpful. Even the help via chat is a fast response. Pros The fact that I can take a picture of a receipt and then throw it away. Gives me less filing work to have to worry about. Cons The fact that I am currently unable to select a default budget my funds are withdrawn from. I use one budget more often than all the other but for some reason all of my transactions are automatically taken out of the last budget that was created. Pros The feature that is most impactful for us is the ability to sync directly to our accounting system. Saving us hours of having to complete transaction matching Cons We had initial issues with our receipts auto matching to the transactions. But tech support was able to get this fixed for us as quickly as possible. Pros Ease of allocating funds to various teams/individuals. Open book and easy visual of where everything is at. Easy to make requests and approve expenditures. Cons I havent found anything that i dont like about the divvy software or their services. if anything it is a negative to the sellers who pay a small percentage so that others can use Divvy. Pros It is very easy on the phone or computer to make a change to limits allowed on Divvy cards. Cards are generally accepted everywhere Cons Painful to get "locked" cards unlocked. Have to call in rather than allow an administrator to unlock cards Reason for choosing BILL Spend & Expense They offered exactly what we needed to use annually the same cards and make changes so quickly on many platforms. I like that it works like our business charge card, like an Amex witt he ability ot accrue points but withiout the costly annual fees. Also makes it easier to create digital cards for team members to use, track the spend and turn on and off fucntionality easily from one remote application. Cons We had a missed payment a couple of months ago and it requried that we call in to process the new paymenta n turn our cards back on. Pros The virtual card option - assign a unique credit card number to a vendor, who will always use that number to charge your company. It reduces the risk of fraud, and keeps everything very organized. Cons Divvy sets "budgets" for different categories or different cardholders, which are not really necessary in my opinion, but it's easy enough to set high budgets so they don't really come into play. That makes sense for a high growth, high risk, cash-burning startup company. But it makes less sense for a business with positive cash flow, that isn't calculating a "burn rate" and the amount of "runway" remaining with the current cash-on-hand. Review Source tZ tetyana Z. CEO Consumer Goods Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Divvy" August 13, 2022 1.0 \- customer service doesn't know anything and can't help you - all decisions about your account are made by a remote department - the customer service sends an email to find out the reason for blocking the divvy account - emails sent by customers to the department that blocked your account remain unanswered - the divvy account can be blocked at any time without any explanation - divvy gets access to all your company's data, including bank accounts Pros In the divvy company, I liked the most that you can receive an automatic pre-approved credit. After passing all the verification stages, you get access to virtual card divvy. Cons I tried to download the software first without the demo because it allowed me, but then it wouldn’t let me set up my account without the demo. Kind of a confusing onboarding process. Cons It would be nice for the expiration of the receipt images to be configurable by the client. We have use cases that we would be okay with leaving the images available via link for 30+ days.
