Small businesses can have a professional appearance and tools that were not available. Pros Being a part of the larger network of tech and being able to check and fox things immediately. Categorization of expenses throughout different platforms. Cons It can be overwhelming in some hybrid platforms. Now with Divvy we can assign company credit cards where we manage the funding on a card by card group by group basis as needed without the need to reimburse employees directly for business transactions. Pros The ease of implementation was something that cannot be overlooked. We quickly set up employees with unique cards and were able to easily manage spending levels from the intuitive user interface. Cons We have not experienced any cons related to the software yet. Pros I use Divvy anytime I travel and when I meet with customers. It is easy to use, easy to switch accounts, easy to attach any extra needed info to my purchases. JUST EASY! Cons There have been a few times that I have not been in the right "budget" when purchasing something, but that then I realized I can change it later and it is pretty simple. August 13, 2020 5.0 I have several people in the field that need access to money. This has allowed me to make that happen without handing over blank checks or credit/debit cards with no spending controls. Pros I love the viryual card feature, especially for one time purchases or trial periods. I know that they can't hit my card over and over before I realize it and shut it off. Cons I would love a littel better integration into the software I use, but they've done a good job with other software integration.
