My firm rarely gives good reviews for software products since both of our owners come from a software background, but we gladly promote Divvy! Pros Divvy is the greatest tool I have in my accounting arsenal. Divvy allows me complete control over spending, expense management, and budgeting. Divvy allows me to have real time expense data with the support I need to back it up. Divvy saves thousands of dollars a year (if not tens of thousands)! They are quick to respond and always rolling out great features to keep this product ahead of everything on the market by leaps and bounds. Cons There currently isn't a way for me to manage multiple clients within the web / app - that would be a huge feature add. Otherwise, it's a fantastic software that is learning and growing. Cons We require our contractors to provide a job# for each expense, which we generate in Quickbooks, so it would be cool if Divvy could sync recent job#s or something from Quickbooks so we can more quickly find the job we need vs having to manually enter it. I like the fact that I can budget out various company expenses to individuals in the company and track all expenditures in one place. Pros Very user friendly and the ability to track and capture departmental expenditures is excellent. Customer service is always available and very helpful when I call. Pros I love the fact that your purchasing and expense reporting is all managed in one app. Budgets for projects and recurring monthly expenses are so simple and help me maintain costs for operating my business and efficiently doing projects Cons Cons, the reports are a bit lacking but the system as a whole is amazing. October 24, 2019 5.0 I wish there was a Divvy for personal use, because I want to use it for my personal expenses! Pros Divvy makes it so easy to not only track expenses, but spend company money! With the unlimited number of virtual cards for online purchases, ease of entering expenses, and adding receipts, it's like an accountant's dream come true! And having a budget assigned to each user makes it easy to limit spending to the budget amount! Cons I cannot think of anything to list as a con to using this system. Maybe not having a personal assistant handle it for me? Does that count as a con? Divvy allows us to properly track, approve, and categorize expenses for invoices, internal budgets, and accounting needs. Divvy's support team is extremely responsive and always high quality. Their product team welcomes and values our user feedback. " October 24, 2019 5.0 Pros Not having to worry about carrying receipts with me on business trips. I can quickly snap a photo and upload it, and then link it once the charge goes through. I love that I can itemize where the expense fits, and I don't have to worry about getting reimbursed for work. Also, the digital cards are amazing! Knowing that I can create a unique card for places I frequently shop and I don't have to put in my physical card number is a huge relief. I haven't fully implemented it into my business yet as it's not large enough that I've needed it, but I still have my account and the app installed so when I get to that point I'll be able to! Pros I loved that before you even used the software you were walked through the entire program by one of their customer support representatives. It made it super easy to use and understand.
