Pros The platform is easy to use, it makes expense reporting for everyone in the company much easier, and gives people real flexibility without the risk of uncontrolled spending. Hands down, one of the best "free" software services that any business can put to use immediately. Cons The early version is still glitchy at times. The pre-installed budget categories are not very comprehensive for our company, so you end up having to create your own fields/ accounts. There is no direct sync w/ Xero, so there is still a bit of "manual entry" that has to be done, but the pros far outweigh the cons. Review Source NG Nick G. I can't even imagine the number of hours Divvy has saved our organization. And the best part is it's totally free. I can't recommend Divvy enough. Pros I love the quick ability to take care of my business expenses on the spot. The virtual card numbers are also great for controlling software trials and security. I appreciate the Divvy 101 emails, but it would've been really great to have a someone assigned (like a relationship manager?) to help me get started & make use of all the tools available. These guys are an up and coming disruptor in the T&E management world. Their service is essentially free and it provides many nice features that you don't get with other large T&E Management services Cons It is new so it can be a bit buggy at times. If it worked properly would full meet my needs. Cons I constantly wind up with black spaces on my screen rendering those parts of my screen useless. April 24, 2018 4.0 Pros I most like the ability to have an unlimited number of virtual credit cards. I also like being able to see real-time purchases, and how this affects our budgeted categories. The credit app was simple and straightforward, and the credit decision was only 2-3 days, and I was up and running shortly thereafter. Onboarding is easy, and the customer service is helpful and friendly and very responsive via the online chat function. Cons Divvy is a bit confusing to set up and get the hang of. So glad that we are using it. Pros Divvy is cost and time effective in its results. I now have a real time handle on where our finances stand. Because of how much simpler this has made keeping track of my expenses, I am impressed that this service is free. I find the system easy to use. Any questions I had were answered by the customer service team who were ready, willing, and able to answer them in a timely fashion. We've been able to work through minor issues and are extremely happy with the product. Pros No more expense reports! Having the ability to create virtual card numbers for one time and recurring bills and allocate them to specific accounts in Quickbooks is huge from a financial control and accountability standpoint. Cons The interface is still a little quirky and not always intuitive. The only money that is going into my business account are my sales... Pros I liked the fact that I am able to set up budgets to keep track of what I am spending. Cons There is nothing that I do not like about Divvy. I am under a plan that works like a secured card, so I have to make sure that I have money in the account in order to pay my expenses.
