Hard to work with on the credit side and my account manager which is the one that seems to be able to actually make some big decisions doesn’t seem to care about responding or helping out company. Pros Easy to use and gives great control over employee spending. Cons Sometimes the account manager isn’t very responsive, but their everyday customer reps are great. Don’t appreciate their Methods for extending credit To businesses and paying them through their portal is laughable. I’ve never had a company limit how much I can pay them each day. Pros Divvy makes budgeting, expense management and categorizing expenses SO EASY! You can automate things or review manually from your phone! I have LOVED having a separate card or account for each person and each account. It really took a burden off my shoulders and allowed my employees more flexibility with spending, yet giving me more control. It is awesome! I love being able to submit receipts in the app.The best thing about it: FREE! Cons It took a bit of figuring to integrate with Quickbooks but it really wasn't that bad. The app works flawlessly which makes our office staff happy! Divvy has a great product all around! Pros I love the fact that we can proactively budget and "send" money to our crews as they need it, rather than giving them just a credit card which they could use at their discretion. Cons With Divvy being the software company, not the bank, their user interface is slightly limited with regards to something like a fraud issue, but customer service more than makes up for it! Much more user friendly than our old expense softare. Pros Customer service is great. Also, we love the app and accessibility. Much more user friendly than the service we used before. The fact that we can earn rewards for spending that we would do anyways, is such an incentive. We can give back to the church and our ministries. Cons Some features need a little more work. I would highly recommend it to other companies who use company credit cards. Pros I love how simple it is for all employees to use. We have employees of all ages with different levels of comfort with technology. It was a smooth transition and anytime we had questions they were right there to help. The fact that they offer an awesome product for FREE is amazing and unheard of!! Cons The reporting function is really awesome but the review process could use a little tune up. If a transaction is marked as "reviewed" while it is listed as "incomplete" (missing receipt, description, etc.) it removes the incomplete status which makes it tricky to see which transactions are truly incomplete. It has worked perfectly for us, and before we would just spend on personal cards and apply for reimbursement, but this is a much superior process. Pros As a user, I have a company card through Divvy, attached to the app, and it has been a real simple tool to use. I can go in before I make the purchase and choose what budget it needs to come out of, or if I forget, as long as the transaction went through, I can classify which budget after the fact if needed. The app is almost instant as far as seeing transactions, and the app notifications are great. Cons The only thing I could really mention is that the app asks for a picture of a receipt if you need to put one in there, and then saves that photo to my gallery too. I'm sure that's as intended, but it would be nice if that photo lived strictly in the app, and not saved to my phone as well. Review Source RJ Robert J. You have sections for "cards," "budgets," and "transactions" on the left side, which as a user are really the only parts of the website I need to look at. Cons I ran into a customer service issue one time where the chat function was not very helpful. I could not tell if it was an actual person responding to me or an A.I. Pros I enjoy Divvy because of the incredible opportunity presented to my small business and the ease of management. It also allows me as the owner to provide my employees with access to funds. Cons I don’t like the mobile app because it becomes a bit confusing with what’s the budget vs the available credit. It also doesn’t process payments immediately which has caused a few problems for me in my personal experience. Adoption was super easy, even for the people that didn't have the old software straight 2 years in. This has even made communications between regions and the National office more fun. Pros Ease of use for cardholders and ease of data sync between software and card were revolutionary in our office. Cons We're pretty sophisticated users and did not get everything we wanted out of the box. The software has been developing rapidly (and we have been able to help influence that) which makes it better. The gaps are closing. I used to spend a lot of time tracking receipts, building spreadsheets, having to sort through credit card invoices to get my numbers right. So this has really saved a bunch of time and headaches for me! Pros I think the platform itself is wonderful and makes it easy when planning travel for my team for our events. It's a pretty incredible solution to the tedious reimbursement process I've been used to. Any organization looking for efficiency and to streamline processes/budget should consider Divvy. Cons I'd prefer that my purchases did auto-assign to a category. Sometimes I have to backtrack to make sure they didn't go into the wrong category. The software is extremely innovative, easy to use and the Divvy team is always adding new user features to simplify the process. My favorite part as an Administrative manager is the simplicity in adding users and creating "virtual cards" for our team members to use instantly! Cons The travel system for using rewards has given me a lot of trouble in the past and we opt out of using divvy rewards for travel now.
