Pros

From 2FA to file management are great parts of the software.

Sharing folders and files with Filecloud is easy and flexibleOne more good feature is its integration with Microsoft app.

Cons

The admin portal is hard to find specific settings. Need to identify which admin sections contain certain features, so they are easier to find.

It is very easy to use and understand. The installation process is very simple. Most users did not even need training on how to use the app!

Pros

The encrypted sharing features, and the very easy-to-use sync drive.

Cons

Maybe create encrypted email along with it, encrypted file sharing is great, but being able to send encrypted emails would be a great addition.

This site was easy to get going and allows great access control options.

Cons

We've had trouble keeping the Outlook plugin going, but could be an Outlook problem. The plugin makes it quick and easy to send files via email.

It has made our life incredibly easy, especially for people who were previously trying to share oversized documents and folders via email. And it's allowed us to block access to free File Sharing and Storage sites which are a huge security risk but are used by many companies for convience..

Pros

Really easy to use; really easy to control the who has access/what can they see and do/(especially!) FOR HOW LONG. This is really easy to specify.

Cons

There is nothing I least like. It's all I most like.

Pros

FileCloud is one of the best cloud file storage solutions, with lots of useful features such as their Sync desktop applications to allow users to sync files on the go. Support has been great with quick response times and helpful engineers.

Cons

One feature I would like to see would be granular settings for syncing. Other than that this product is outstanding.

Very happy with the product overall!

Pros

Product implementation and configuration was not complex. It is simple to maintain and administer and is easy to use. Public KBs are great! Easy to follow and implement

Cons

If I'm hard pressed to find any cons, I'd say maybe the resources required to run an on-premise server may be a little high and there are probably ways to reduce resource use

We implemented FileCloud to allow our users to safely share larges files internally and externally. While using it, we found additional features we didn't think we needed. It's a very beneficial addition to our organization.

Pros

I like that FileCloud is secure and very easy to use. Drives can be mapped to our machines for access without having to log into the portal and it also makes sharing files internally and externally a breeze. The user portal is very user friendly and the admin portal which is easy to use ensures the proper controls are in place.

Cons

Although drives can be mounted easily on windows machines, we had issues mounting on Macs without using additional tools.

FileCloud is a cost effective way to provide ITAR compliant FTP like services to customers and vendors without the hardware, staff to set-up the FTP server and services. FileCloud on boarding assistance was well aware of our compliance needs once I explained which compliance standards we are held too.

Pros

The best part of the software (cloud based file sharing) was the support we received setting up the needed settings to meet our compliance needs (ITAR, and NIST 800-171) during the onboarding process.

Cons

Not understanding how to create share Team folders with Limited users (i.e. our customers, vendors) providing limited user accounts that do not need to be set up ahead of sharing and that limited users do not count as a user license.

Pros

Easy to use, intuitive, and scales very easily. The solution is quite affordable, while user adoption has been high.

Cons

The MFA setup was challenging. Their initial MFA implementation was cumbersome.

FileCloud solved several security and remote server access issues we had when working on communications projects with freelancers and partner organizations.

Pros

I like that it interacts with our local server, so remote team members can share updated versions of projects with outside agencies and our Operations Center team in a clear, secure way.

Cons

Some team members were daunted by the syncing process at first since the interface looks a lot like Windows folders. They thought syncing might be too technical for them.

Easy Setup. File Explorer Integration. Easy to create and add new users Great Personalization. Easy to use audit of files and folders. Solid mobile apps. A very good final user support.

Cons

Poor support for another languate than English. The Changes are very disruptive, I don\`t like it. Errors, when trying to view files in web. Poor web desing.
