Overall it is easy to use. Pros Outcomes are a tricky business when you are in private practice. There are so many outcomes to possibly focus on. The ease of use and applicability of the options for all clients makes it nice and comprehensive. Then of course, is the vital measure of how the therapeutic relationship is going. Again, it's nice and easy and then you can have a conversation in real time about what went into their ratings. Cons After submitting their answers to the rating scales there is a page that shows their scores and has either a red, green or yellow circle next to them to indicate if things are progressing the way they should. This is a nice, easy graphic for me. But clients get concerned when they see red and it can cause unnecessary concern for them. The one other issues, is that the graph of responses should orient the dates differently as the long term clients I have, all the dates overlap and when you print out the graph, you can no longer read the dates as they overlap.
