Pros: The ease of using the tool - we have used it for some process graphs, but I have implemented the tool for my academics work also - it is very reliable and designing diagrams and flowcharts is very fast, much faster than using some Word tools or even graphic programs I am acquainted with

Cons: I did not find any bigger cons, as my needs were also not very complex - the tool worked as it should have

Pros: Firstly, that it's free and second, that it's easy to use and that diagrams can be saved to Google Drive.

Cons: It might just be that I don't know how to do it...when a diagram is a little long, and I save it, I can't make it bigger to paste into another document. But there are ways around that, if you know how.

Overall: I can design process flows, free of charge, and save them to Google Drive.

Pros: I used this a few time for creating control flow graphs and it was very easy to learn. The canvas is "unlimited" so large graphs were no problem. Syncing with Google Drive was also a huge help.

Cons: Some of the paid features could be made free, or at least partly free as to give the user a trial of how they work.

Overall: Drawing diagrams online.

Pros: Ease to use and various types of diagram Export supported by the tool. I am specially fan of BPMN diagram module. As an when required diagram can created by using the notation of different type of Models. Like mix diagream using UML and BPMN.

Cons: Issue is in scaling the length of Lanes in BPMN diagram. It multiple lanes are there in diagram. Formatting become tedious.

Overall: This tool is very helpful to create flow diagram of my Product and these diagram can easily understand by non technical peoples.

Pros: To make exhibitions in class or in any work meeting Draw io, without any doubt it makes accessible the basic and easy tools to eleborar explanatory diagrams on a particular subject, and if it was not enough you can obtain in the search engine other design options (texts, images, etc) that complement the scheme we make.

Cons: Incredibly accessible and easy, although a negative point is that in the absence of internet delays and complicates the work.

Pros: My two favorite things about draw.io are how easy it is to get started and that you can save files to google drive. I've created diagrams to show user journeys, email campaigns, and channel attribution. All you need it a mouse and a keyboard.

Cons: It's easy to put a rectangle and a text box on the report. Once you've got twenty, it gets tricky to edit the layout of your diagram. Plan ahead to cut down on the edits you need to make later.

Overall: Visualizing campaigns and strategies to client that they can share internally.

Pros: The product is very easy to use. It is very user friendly. I have never had any problems with using the software. My usage is very basic, but it gets the job done. I create organizational charts that accompany immigration applications. Usage of the software is very simple. Choose a shape, choose colors, add text and that its it. I particularly like the fact that you do not need to draw the connecting line between the various shapes, it does it for you.

Cons: I have not come across anything that I dislike about the software solution. Again my usage of it is very basic, but for me it has gotten the job done.

Overall: It helps me easily create organization charts for organizations small and large that I represent.

Pros: Draw.io is my go to when I need to make a process diagram or map out a new design. It's quite straightforward to use and I especially like the ability for lines to 'snap' to the actions/boxes. It integrates into Google Drive perfectly so no need to install anything either!

Cons: It's genuinely hard for me to think of anything I like least about draw.io although I guess it may be nice to have a standalone app so it is easier to work offline.

Pros: I used Draw.io first time when I was designing the block diagram for my final year project. It is a great tool, being easy to use, convenient and light weight makes it much more desirable. Definitely recommended

Cons: Lacks some level of professionalism. some components related to mechanical and electrical engineering are missing in the components list. If an addition is made it can surely compete with top-level professional software.

Pros: Can it compete with Visio? Yes. Is it as robust? Not in every way, but it's a more than capable program. Draw.io has a wonderful support team that is dedicated to making a capable product that can rival a giant like Visio. This is an absolute necessary for small businesses.

Cons: You don't get the backing of a powerhouse like Microsoft. It's not as refined as Visio or as "visually striking", but it more than gets the job done.

Pros: Draw.io is an incredible tool that allows us to create diagrams online without installing anything on our PC. It brings a fairly simple and easy to use interface, it is also so complete that nothing has to envy to any desktop payment software.

Cons: Although I think it is a very good application you need Internet access to use this application and there are no templates made by users.

Pros: It was extremely easy to learn to use draw.io without any training or tutorials. The interface was intuitive. I've used it primarily to make complicated flow charts, and they look extremely clean and readable; it's much easier than trying to make flow charts on powerpoint or other microsoft office tools. There are a decent number of options for customization. Colors and styles can be changed, images can be imported, etc. In general, it's a free tool that you can start using quickly!

Additionally, the sharing features are great. It's easy to save your diagrams to google drive, or to generate links to share them with others.

Cons: While it's great for basic diagrams, it is somewhat limited in the number of different shapes that can be used. For everyday diagramming may be better to use a paid software with more flexibility.

Overall: Easy, good looking diagrams that were fast to create! Software that is free, and easy sharing capabilities with collaborators. I've used it for making quick patent diagrams and for complex diagrams which need to go into reports or presentations.

Pros: The drawing tool set has a wide variety. You have hundreds of stencils to create different diagrams such as UML diagrams, Flowcharts, mock ups and more! The best part is the grid that allows for your creations to be symmetric and neat.

Cons: One of the main cons is that it is an online tool which means that you are dependent on internet connection. Another con is that the tool doesn't have start up stencils where it outlines an entire diagram and allows you to edit. That feature would have made creating charts that much easier.

Pros: Draw io is the best free tool for quickly drawing up your flowcharts. It integrates with google drive for good real time collaboration within project teams. A number of file types are supported, which was important for the variety of uses we had for the finished product. This is the great value for the price.

Pros: This is the kind of tool that you can use right away. Simple and straight web interface with toolbars, and also very smooth for a web browser editor. I find it amazing, because you would expect a tool of this quality as a desktop installable program.

They've clearly put a lot of effort and care in developing such a neat tool, and you can see it in details like the management of alignments of blocks and edges.

You can export the results in various formats, but possibly you won't even need it since you can just load the diagrams from the cloud.

If you use Confluence, there'a a very handy plugin that allows to embed and edit draw.io diagrams.

Cons: It's very hard to find something I don't like. Maybe the presets of components are to few. No wait, I've just checked, there's a ton of them but they're just hidden behind the "More shapes" button.

Ok, let's try again. Most of the times, I find the Arrange functions pretty useless and I end up doing everything by hand.

Due to the limitation of the Google Drawings, we needed an alternative to create infographics, idea maps, complex graphs. That is where we met draw.io online Google Docs-like tool. The interface is very similar what you would find on regular Google Docs or Google Slides. This makes it very easy to learn the tool. Not to mention great flexibility to store the information, connect the accounts.

Cons: As a free tool, it is difficult to come up with cons for draw.io. The only con for me would be some icons or buttons you see which lack few design elements. I am talking about Material design implementation which not many people would notice anyway.

Pros: I use this program a lot to create user journey documents and work process flows . The export function makes it easy to share with other team members and external developers. I can also easily customise colours and formatting to create something that can be used in a presentation. Can make it as basic or sophisticated as you like.

Pros: I like using this product to map out user flows in our business and also to map out ideas. The interface is straightforward and the results are what I need.

Cons: Although straightforward, I wish the inteface worked a bit quicker, but this could be a product of my internet connection and that this is a web app.

Pros: What I like the most is the ease of use. It is also easily integrated with other tools. In my case I use it directly from Google Drive, which allows me to share diagrams with my colleagues.

Cons: I have no major complaints about this product. Perhaps where I have found some detail is when I want to print my diagrams, sometimes it is difficult to adjust them to the size of the paper.

Overall: It allows me to create diagrams easily and without having to install any software since it is a web tool. It is a good alternative to the well-known Microsoft Visio

Pros: native integration with Google drive Extremely easy to start using Plenty of templates and suggestions available Easy to share and get collaboration in a project Exports to pdf

Cons: I couldn't find any way to breakdown the exports into slides or to crate layers. so the work of organizing the data in a way that can be exported into slides is quite time consuming

Pros: Great integration with Google Drive for storing charts- great volume of icons/ styles to allow you to create a vast array of different flows including swim-lanes, network diagrams etc

Cons: The process for Exporting diagrams could be made a little more streamlined and sometimes formating of PDF exported documents doesnt exactly match the design

Overall: Great Free option for mapping flow charts- accessible via the cloud so can work remotely when required

Pros: I was able to quickly create a flowchart and insert it in a PowerPoint presentation in much less time than if I used another similar product. draw.io is so easy and intuitive. I love drag and drop feature and the auto connector feature.

Cons: Charts and diagrams are not compatible with other formats so can't edit them elsewhere. Haven't used it enough to find any other issues. Like everything so far.

Simple to use and share.

Pros: I like being able to open this with Google Drive and easily collaborate on diagrams with others on my team.

Cons: I wish printing formats were a bit better/more flexible to accommodate for printing out really large flowcharts

I use this software often to make quick flow charts and diagrams with great ease!

Pros: I love how quick and easy the interface is to learn; it's very intuitive. I often use this software for mapping out ideas and nothing could be simpler or more effective. I love that I can instantly save my files to my Google drive and quickly open them later from anywhere to edit or use to demonstrate my ideas in a very clean and professional look. I've created some incredibly detailed maps for my network and CCTV systems at my business and they look really cool!

Cons: There's not really much I can say that I don't like. I think the only thing I would have to complain about is that I've found it difficult to print to exact sizes for creating multi-page posters that I can cut up and paste together. I usually export my file and then open it in either acrobat or Illustrator. Still not too bad tho. Takes an extra minute so no biggie.

Overall: Ability to map out my idea and plans very effectively and with a clean and professional look.

Comments: This is a great product. Allows me to share with others on my team and get feed back in real time. This helps us a lot because we work in a connected environment with many different os systems. Some mac and some ubuntu.

Pros: Everything is a plus. Has the best user input flow I've experienced for web platform
