Pros: Draw io is the best free tool for quickly drawing up your flowcharts. It integrates with google drive for good real time collaboration within project teams. A number of file types are supported, which was important for the variety of uses we had for the finished product. This is the great value for the price.

Cons: There could be more templates for users. While I was able to export to all the formats, I wish i was able to import a VSDX files.

Pros: To use the draw.io we do not need to register, it is totally free and the works can be saved in .XML format to be able to modify them later; we can print them, also it allows to export the diagrams to .JPG, .GIF,.PNG , and .SVG formats; an interesting fact of this web tool, we can insert the diagram made in any website using a code that generates the app

Cons: I have made some diagrams that I save in google drive, but sometimes when I want to open it the diagram is blank or empty

Pros: After using many diagrim tools, I decided that my favorite would be Draw.io. And why is that? Firstly, because it is simple and easy to use: I like the way I can select from many pre-made diagrams and flowcharts so that I get suggestion of the best forms to use on my own chart. Secondly, I even like more that I am able to personalize the color and position of anything I place on my chart, from sizes and styles to colors!! Lastly, Draw.io is better than any other diagraming tool because it also allows me to place characters (actors) on my charts; I have not seen anyone else offering this feature.

Cons: It would be great if the editing process was more simple. For example, instead of highlighting all shapes and moving them in bulk, it would be great to be able to insert a block which pushes everything over together.

Overall: We needed to design diagrams to share between all of us and we discovered this tool and we accepted it as a good one.

Quick and easy diagramming tool, hardly disappointing

Pros: This is the kind of tool that you can use right away. Simple and straight web interface with toolbars, and also very smooth for a web browser editor. I find it amazing, because you would expect a tool of this quality as a desktop installable program.

They've clearly put a lot of effort and care in developing such a neat tool, and you can see it in details like the management of alignments of blocks and edges.

You can export the results in various formats, but possibly you won't even need it since you can just load the diagrams from the cloud.

If you use Confluence, there'a a very handy plugin that allows to embed and edit draw.io diagrams.

Cons: It's very hard to find something I don't like. Maybe the presets of components are to few. No wait, I've just checked, there's a ton of them but they're just hidden behind the "More shapes" button.

Ok, let's try again. Most of the times, I find the Arrange functions pretty useless and I end up doing everything by hand.

Pros: I like that it is FREE, so that is a plus.
It integrates well with other online services like Google Drive, Onedrive and Dropbox.

Draw auto-saves and you have the option to export to different files: PDF, JPEG, SVG, XML, HTML.

Cons: Compared to other designing tools, Draw does not have the most s attractive interface. Also, I experience glitches with resizing the charts.

Pros: Draw.io is my go-to tool for developing all sorts of diagrams. From flow charts, sequence diagram to structure diagrams, among others. The software is easy to use and have a lot of shapes. The fact that it is online is great ... and free ... whoppee! Files can be exported in a number of formats and can be saved and work continue at a later date. Will recommend this tool to any and everyone.

Cons: Maybe if I could save the files online and continue work from there ... but I might just be pushing it.

Overall: Great tool for developing all types of diagrams.

Pros: It's free. It saves to Google Drive so you don't have to worry about having yet another account. It's pretty easy to use and has a good amount of drawing options.

Cons: The software itself and the resulting flowchart don't look particularly modern. But a lot more professional that trying to do it freeform on other software.

Pros: I like this tool very much to create flowchart, architecture diagrams. It is web-based, Windows 10 app based. It is very convenient to create diagrams and modify it. The best part is its free.

Cons: Importing Visio and exporting to Visio is not supported. Doesn't support its own cloud based storage to store diagrams. I need to provide my other credentials like GDrive to store diagrams

Overall: I like this tool very much to create flowchart, architecture diagrams. The best part is its free. I have exported the diagrams in PDF, JPG formats to easily insert in my design documents

Pros: I really like how easy it is to share my diagrams and flowcharts with the rest of the team. You can either export to png or pdf, share a link for embed in another GSuite program like Docs or Slides.

Cons: The export feature could be made easier - I often don't select the right options and end up having to export several times.

Pros: Draw.io is a very powerful addition to Google G-suite as an addition to Google Drawings. Due to the limitation of the Google Drawings, we needed an alternative to create infographics, idea maps, complex graphs. That is where we met draw.io online Google Docs-like tool. The interface is very similar what you would find on regular Google Docs or Google Slides. This makes it very easy to learn the tool. Not to mention great flexibility to store the information, connect the accounts.

Cons: As a free tool, it is difficult to come up with cons for draw.io. The only con for me would be some icons or buttons you see which lack few design elements. I am talking about Material design implementation which not many people would notice anyway.

Pros: What I like the most is the ease of use. It is also easily integrated with other tools. In my case I use it directly from Google Drive, which allows me to share diagrams with my colleagues.

Cons: I have no major complaints about this product. Perhaps where I have found some detail is when I want to print my diagrams, sometimes it is difficult to adjust them to the size of the paper.

Overall: It allows me to create diagrams easily and without having to install any software since it is a web tool. It is a good alternative to the well-known Microsoft Visio

Pros: I was able to quickly create a flowchart and insert it in a PowerPoint presentation in much less time than if I used another similar product. draw.io is so easy and intuitive. I love drag and drop feature and the auto connector feature.

Cons: Charts and diagrams are not compatible with other formats so can't edit them elsewhere. Haven't used it enough to find any other issues. Like everything so far.

Pros: I love how quick and easy the interface is to learn; it's very intuitive. I often use this software for mapping out ideas and nothing could be simpler or more effective. I love that I can instantly save my files to my Google drive and quickly open them later from anywhere to edit or use to demonstrate my ideas in a very clean and professional look. I've created some incredibly detailed maps for my network and CCTV systems at my business and they look really cool!

Cons: There's not really much I can say that I don't like. I think the only thing I would have to complain about is that I've found it difficult to print to exact sizes for creating multi-page posters that I can cut up and paste together. I usually export my file and then open it in either acrobat or Illustrator. Still not too bad tho. Takes an extra minute so no biggie.

Overall: Ability to map out my idea and plans very effectively and with a clean and professional look.
