It saves to Google Drive so you don't have to worry about having yet another account. It's pretty easy to use and has a good amount of drawing options. It makes complexity into simplicity Pros I use draw.io to make flow charts for our sales teams to use. I find the experience really easy. The options available suit my needs really well and allow me to easily communicate complex structures succinctly. I often use this program because it is costly to procure other programs. Pros Ease of use, web-based, user-friendly interface, the ability to export created schemes to multiple formats and create different templates Cons Since Draw.io is a webbased program, users will need a strong web connection. It has a lot of features but is a bit lacking compared to other drawing programs. But we can't complain because it is free. Pros Easy to use and user-friendly. Great to use from time to time to make workflows. Love how you can export in different file types. Cons Sometimes the arrows are not aligned with the grid which can be really frustrating. When you copy + paste a part of the flow you have to be careful with what you choose.
