Pros: Great for documentation, especially for creating documents directly in the system, along with importing data from the system or external sources.

Overall: I like all features! It's great to work faster and reduce unnecessary emails, so I enjoy using Sirma Collaborate.

Pros: I can create documents directly in the system and to import data from the system or external sources with their powerful widgets. Also I can work together with my team in one place, and to share with them all needed information. The best part is that is web based and I can access all needed information from everywhere.

Cons: They need to improve their interface. The system is not very user friendly, but when you get used to working with it, it's okay :)

Overall: Reduce a lots of Manuel and file transferring work
