This has been quite the upgrade to our service for our clients. In todays technology, the ability to send a test to a client in a text centered communication world is great !

This is a convenient and simple way to communicate with my clients as they're able, instead of interrupting them with a call. It is quick and easy

the limit of letters is a bit rough, but doable. It would be nice if there were a few more available to us to send.

So far, there have been minimal updates, which isn't bad, but there could still be room for improvement.

Pros

The system is practical and very easy to use. We do only use it for text messages, maybe in the future we could use the other features.

Cons

I think it needs an updated interface. Something that is more interactive or just a different style would be super nice!

the fact that it doesn't auto refresh anymore, i have reported this and they cannot seem to fix it, if you get a message, it doesn't show unless you refresh, once you are in a thread with a customer, it will show on my phone through the mobile app, that's how i know to go answer them

not much, they focus on changing security settings, and updates, but the updates don't address the problem, tech support says it's not an issue and they can't remote in or duplicate it, the fact that it doesn't auto refresh anymore, i have reported this and they cannot seem to fix it, if you get a message, it doesn't show unless you refresh, once you are in a thread with a customer, it will show on my phone through the mobile app, that's how i know to go answer them

Overall I enjoy using text request. It is easy to use and I have it on a varitey of places like my phone, a widget and a tab on the computer.

I love that I can use the same phone number for the business. My customers only need to know one number.

So far, it's been great, easy onboarding, etc.

Pros

We love the chrome extension, the payment capability and the support!

Cons

We would love a way to track where our web leads are coming from through the web widget.

Switched from

The cost was high and the support was not as timely as we would have liked.

I like that I didn't need to use my personal phone to send a business text.

Cons

Theres nothing that I don't like about it at this point.
