I additionally like the platform's layout; it is pleasing to the eye and makes locating contacts very straightforward. **Cons:** I'm not too fond of the resolved feature, ideally, it helps you to keep an eye on conversations that may need to be handled at a later time, but the fact that you have to select resolved after every reply can be cumbersome. I need to be able to import a list of contacts. **Pros:** It's easy to use, but the Contacts List function doesn't work. I also need to be able to import a list of contacts and that seems to be a missing function. **Cons:** The contacts link doesn't work, so you have to send a message to someone to be able to add them to your contacts list.
