Pros

Being able to upload attachments and not having a small character limit

Cons

Not being able to search contacts without typing out the saved name. For example if I wanted to search for John Doe, I'd have to type John Doe instead of J Doe.

Pros

I like how we can communicate with customers w/o the app shutting down. We can also send group messages w/o out the customer seeing others number.

Cons

I don't like how we don't know which customer replies back to messages on dashboard.

I enjoy using text request it is sophisticated enough to reach several patients at once in a group message and the ease of use is great as well.

Pros

What I like about TR is that it is user friendly for both patient and staff.

Cons

Often my workflow is interrupted because TR has the sleep setting.

The dashboard is straightforward and easy to navigate. We were able to set up our texts to also deliver by email so that we do not miss any client inquiries.

Cons

I can't think of any dislikes at the moment.

It's a good experience where I'm learning more each time on how to use it.

Pros

The multiple features it has to communicate with our team and clients.

Cons

The not very intuitive design. It has a lot of features not very visible until you start clicking on things and discovering them.

It notifies when new messages are received and it is easy to send a reply back to customer.

Cons

I don't like the dashboard set up and that messages don't drop off once completed.

Cons

A little slow to create groups vs. our previous provider. Cost was higher.

Very good overall. Very prompt in responding to questions and assitance requests.

Pros

Very simple to use. We migrated from ZipWhip and Text Request was very similar.

Cons

Our company uses Text Request to notify our customers of upcoming delivery of products for which they have signed up. Periodically, and on the first text message, an automatic "Text STOP to opt-out" message is added to our text. Our customers are frequently confused thinking it is an opt-out of our delivery. Text request says they cannot change the message by adding to opt-out of receiving texts. We've lost several contacts.

Pros

So easy it is to use! Since we use text request in the office as an additional form of communication with our clients, I love that you can send attachments and save message templates, for example.. I send out notices to clients and follow a certain format, I can save a basic format and edit it to personally fir the client/situation I'm reaching out to which saves time! I also love that we can download the time stamped message and attach it to the client file, Documentation is so easy with text request!

Cons

At first, I had a hard time setting up my account/account layout. Luckily- you can edit it to look pretty much how you want!

Onboarding team was quick and efficient.

Cons

Their online interface is not the most straightforward system, It takes a little getting used to.

Pros

I like that all attorneys and paralegals get the texts so, we can all work together to make sure the texts are replied to.

Cons

I do not like how you have to mark a message as resolved for it to drop off your feed

Everything! There is not one thing that I dont' like. All features that my business uses work great and are so easy. They have helpe our business tremendously with setting up customer appointments and just keeping in touch witht hem.

We send probably 35,000 SMS per month, Text Request makes it very easy for my team--all facets of my business flows through Text Request. The mobile app is just like the desktop app. My team is very attached to Text Request

Pros

Easy to use, always reliable, very capable system

Cons

I can't think of any cons but need 40 characters to submit

Would highly recommend. Has saved time and helped elevate the need to hire another person.

Pros

Easy to setup, train, and use. Ability to map fields in uploads to automate messaging. Ability to bulk upload files.

Cons

Not given the ability to bulk text, with mapped fields unless moving to a higher tier. No AI to auto respond with simple questions.

easy to use and very versatile i just started using it but until now I haven't found anything to dislike. It's very convenient and relatively easy to use. this is the first time that I use something like this but i will continue to use it

Pros

How fast it is in sending and receiving messages and keeping everyone notified with the minimum number of lags

Cons

We can't search by word to find a specific word that was sent to someone from our team

It has been a wonderful experience. People nowadays tend to feel more comfortable and respond quicker to text messages. Also, it is so much quicker texting than calling. You can get a lot more done in less time. It has been a game changer in our communication with our customers.
