### "Already raising the pricing"

Had a couple of glitches, but overall good experience. Very expensive compared to all the others we've explored but this was most like what we used before and we just wanted something simple.

Pros

User friendly and you can keep it simple or make it as complicated as you would like.

Cons

Already a huge price increase and we have only been with them 6 months.

Reason for choosing Text Request

Most like Zipwhip, easy to set up and easy to use for what we needed.

### "Great way to text with landlines"

Great, I like it as I am able to use my computer keyboard to type out messages.

Pros

Texting with landlines so I can use the keyboard on my computer

Cons

Using text request on the cell phone, there is usually a delay in receiving the messages.

I love text request . It gives a lot of options I haven’t had the chance to use yet but I think it will grow with me as my business grows .

Pros

It allows me to connect with customers when I’m not at my retail establishment through the app. It also makes it easier to have one dedicated area that all staff has access to , to best serve the customer

Cons

I think the dashboard could be a little easier . I would like more filter options .

We haven't come across any cons yet with Text Request. It has consistently met our needs and expectations, providing an efficient and reliable platform for appointment confirmations in our medical office.

Overall, highly recommend this service!

Pros

We were referred by another law firm to use Text Request. It is very affordable. It allows us to communicate with our clients quickly, sinc everyone uses their cell phone and is always on it.

Cons

I wish I had more ability to delete text message and customize them a certain way. whenever I click on a thread, it pulls up this entire box where I can edit or block or see the thread, and I would rather it default to the thread I am trying to view.

Ease of use, picked up where my old texting program left me when ZipWhip quit doing it.

Cons

Number of text adds quickly when they charge for length and emojis used

It is so easy to reach our patients! Text is the preferred method for a majority of our patients and helps keep us in close communication with them so we can help take care of their health

Overall our experience with Text Request has been very positive. I have no complaints honestly. The one con that I listed is more of a suggestion of an improvement that text request could make to their program. We have been pleased with the service we have received. Would recommend to any company looking to switch.

Pros

Text Request made our transfer over to their program seem less. We were so appreciative and thankful that it was not a stressful transition. Not only do we use text request for our students but we also use it for prospective students and clients receiving services. The one feature that I absolutely love is I am able to have it on my phone and receive notifications. This is so very helpful for me as the Campus Director of our school.

Cons

I wish once you replied to a message it would mark it taken care of. Sometimes it can become confusing when you have responded to someone and it will look like another new message. Other than that I honestly have no issues with Text Request.

Pros

Beyond the texting/communication and marketing capabilities (which are great), the customer service and support by the Text Request team is unmatched!

Cons

With any technology you wish there would be certain features available. However, that is usually a very unique case and overall does not effect the benefits of text request.

Pros

It is a good replacement for ZipWhip. We text a lot of customers so it is necessary

Cons

It can be a little clunky in how messages are displayed. If you set the view different then the tiles (I prefer list) it reverts back to tiles when you navigate away from the page. I can't figure out how to change the default.

Pros

It is helpful to have something that allows for multiple helpful features such as automatic texts reply's when out of office, and saving contacts.

Cons

That the notifications don't always pop up, this could be a computer error more than a text request error though. Also, and App might be helpful, not sure if that's already an option.

Pros

I love the ease of use and I really love how easy it is to group together my contacts into groups. I coordinate clinical trials and having the option to do this make it easy to keep my patients in one place.

Cons

Right now I am not loving the laggy UI when scrolling - it seems to stutter no matter what device I am on. Additionally, coloring the message tiles white or gray to indicate read/unread is not visually appealing

Pros

They were the first recommendation from the Zip Whip application that we were using before, and had a great demo for us to see how they work. I liked that each message had to be marked as read individually, a problem we where having with Zip Whip was that the messages we accidentally being marked as read and clients and staff thought we were intentionally ignoring their messages, which was not the case at all. This issue was completely solved by switching to Text Request.

Cons

Nothing so far, besides some occasional crashes, but the staff is always quick to find a solution.

LOVE IT. It has so much potential to streamline everything.

Pros

I like that multiple users can see the same message. it makes handover for our dispatchers easier and gets rid of the "he said, she said". LOVE that you can attach documents from the computer.

Cons

On the mobile app, it sometimes freezes up and I have to kill the sessions to get it to refresh

Pros

It mostly gets the job done and I can do it from my computer.

Cons

It isn't very user friendly, hard to navigate, have to go to different areas to send group messages, adding images requires text. Also, I have contacts save and I type in their name and it won't find them, so I manually put in their phone number and up pops the name. Frustrating

Text Request a few years ago was the exact solution we were looking for. It provided the features we wanted, at a reasonable price and included a strong product minded team to continue to invest in their product to add new features and integration points.

When we started the relationship, there was not a lot of integration opportunities but since then they have really amped that up!

Pros

I loved how easy it was to decide TextRequest was our best fit after Zipwhip's shut down last year. The sales team was helpful and informative without being too pushy and the onboarding team made the day of implementation easy. The product itself is easy to use and understand.

Cons

There are occassionally some bugs with the interface, but working with techonology that should be expected and with time I can see those buggy isses mentioned earler in this review going away.
