Pros

Text Request a few years ago was the exact solution we were looking for. It provided the features we wanted, at a reasonable price and included a strong product minded team to continue to invest in their product to add new features and integration points.

Cons

When we started the relationship, there was not a lot of integration opportunities but since then they have really amped that up!

Overall, the time that I used it it was a reliable way to talk with our customers and provide needed feedback. It helped us move forward to the 21st century.

Pros

It's messaging software makes it easy for any of our counter people to quickly and accurately respond to our customers messages any time of day/night

Cons

The search function when trying to locate a specific part number/chat conversation is a little difficult to search specific items.

### "Game changer for our brokerage"

We are a real estate brokerage of almost 500 agents. Communication with them on the fly was daunting and spotty at best. TextRequest changed everything for us. Agents live by their mobile devices and emails were just getting lost in the shuffle. We can now send out reminder texts for training with short links, reminders of events and most of all, last minute changes within the company. We could not run our business without them!

Pros

Ease of use. Communicating en masse, scheduling texts to go out ahead of time.

Cons

I wish there was a way to block spam better

The service is great because our patients are a hard to manage population and we need any means necessary to do our outreach from our department.

Pros

It's a great tool to engage with patients when they refuse to answer the phone. Patients feel safer because of the scam calls they receive.

Cons

no ability for Translation for Spanish and Haitian Creole patients.

There is a ease of communication with my contractors in the field and simple communication with customers. I would love a way to filter out spam texts before they get here.

Pros

The ease of use, functionality and cost

Cons

Very limited amount of character allowed to convey a complete message. My account was breached so security could be looked at.

I was struggling to reach clients particularly for scheduling sessions and getting payment. So many of my clients utilizing texting to communicate and once implemented, Text Request paid for itself many times over.

Pros

It was the only product allowing me to text clients that I could find.

Cons

Some of the functional mechanics within the web app and mobile are challenging but do not impact the overall functionality of the app.

I love the amount of features that can be used to making texting multiple patients simply and not time consuming. Very well made, functional app

The constant beeps when you get a massage. I hear I just sometimes can’t respond and now it keeps beeping at me

Pros

Used to be with another texting service that went out of business.... Text Request's transition was so easy. All our contacts came over. We ran into a small snafu and the customer service through that was AMAZING!!

Cons

The display took time to get used to for me. The plans took a little trial and error to figure out which one worked best for my company.

Wonderful! It has been a great upgrade from just using email or calling

Pros

I love that I can always be in contact with my customers instantly via phone or desktop.

Cons

The only things I wish I could change were that I would like to be able to schedule your autoresponder by date rather than just day and time (similar to an email vacation response). I would also like it if it didn't require three clicks to add a contact to a group. Right now, you have to click on the contact—>click the groups you want to add them to—>click "add to group"—>save changes. If one of those steps could be removed that would streamline the process a little more.

It's nice to communicate with clients and have all messages in one place.

Pros

Integration was easy, and I overall like the software.

Cons

Individual notifications would be so nice. As it is now, notifications are provided to everyone in the office for any text sent by any one staff memeber. Keeping notifications to specific conversations to the only people involved would be nice. Whether an email notification, or only hearing the chime when a response to a text you sent or are interested in would be helpful. I don't need to hear of know when others get responses to their texts.

The transition wasn't very easy, now I can navigate a bit easier. However there are functions that I miss from text request.

Pros

I like that you can resolve the messages and that you can unresolve them easily. There are a bunch of different views.

Cons

The search feature can be interrupted by a new text. If you misspell a name it won't even bring up suggestions. Group messaging is a lot of steps and editing groups is not easy. You can't filter by replies you've sent. There have been a lot of different errors that affect our communications. Also, when it doesn't send it won't try to resend the reply. You can't resend the original message you have to copy paste and send again. I have to keep refreshing the chat to put replied to messages to the bottom.

Pros

I really love the tutorials. Having the instant chat and or call backs when I have a question is awesome. My needs are immediately address and they are ALWAYS helpful and friendly on the other line.
