Cons

There is nothing I do not like about Text request. Even if I am confused or unsure of something the customer support is amazing.

It was fine! I didn't have any concerns other than when the messages don't go through, theres no indication of that unless we were to click on the message.

Pros

I liked the ability to real time text multiple people at one time.

Cons

It was difficult to navigate quickly when having to input multiple numbers.

Pros

Everything is easy and efficient. Messaging made easy!

Cons

I wish I was able to send one quick message to multiple people at once without first creating a a group. That is the only thing on my wish list.

It's very good, very efficient, and it saves a lot of time.

Pros

How fast it is in sending and receiving messages and keeping everyone notified with the minimum number of lags

Cons

We can't search by word to find a specific word that was sent to someone from our team

Highly recommend!

Pros

I like the custom organization of the message layout as well as how quick the texts are sent. Our members love that we offer this form of communication due to the convenience of it.

Cons

Personally, I just wish the notifications were more streamlines to integrate within the Windows platform for pop-up notifications such as the kind from Teams.

Many people need quick answers through text whether it be they don't have time for a phone call, or even have a disability where texting is needed. Staying up to speed with the needs of customers has given us an edge and advantage over competition while simultaneously giving our customer base a better service.

Pros

Integrating and set up is very easy. Saving contacts is great for repeat customers. Very intuitive platform.

Cons

No complaints! Everything is very quick to set up and easy to use.

Pros

Ease of communicating with clients vs being on the actual phone then you can relay doctor recommendations for them to see black and white so nothing can get forgotten when just spoken.

Cons

Sometimes is more time consuming going back and forth chatting when a phone call may have been quicker.

Pros

Textrequest has continued to evolve since we started using it. They are very invested in improving the service and adding more features to make the user experience better. They are also very responsive to user requests and feedback and consistently respond to suggestions and issues

Cons

I am waiting on an iPad version that works in landscape mode, as i regularly use my iPad with a keyboard for these types of uses.

Pros

I liked the ease of use/ onboarding and it's extremely useful when connecting with clients and qualifying leads.

Cons

I don't like that the dashboard doesn't automatically default to newest first.

We had a less-than-pleasant experience with customer service and the app in the beginning. Many of our texts were not going through. It took many complaints before we were helped and, in the interim, our business was left with an ineffective way to communicate with staff and customers.

Pros

The chat history is saved and can be referred back to when needed.

Cons

The search bar does not work properly. When you click on it and try to type, you get knocked out of the search box. It also does not always find the contact if you do not include the full name.

So far, there have been minimal updates, which isn't bad, but there could still be room for improvement.

Pros

The system is practical and very easy to use. We do only use it for text messages, maybe in the future we could use the other features.

Cons

I think it needs an updated interface. Something that is more interactive or just a different style would be super nice!

Text Request is overall a great feature to help our company.

Pros

We are able to contact clients and employees so much easier by text. It's more time efficient, so we are able to more done during the work day.

Cons

There are times when upgrades cause functionality issues. We've also had issues with phone providers block us from texting our clients/employees, and it seems like the company is not able to do much about the situation. That is detrimental to our business.

Pros

I like that we have another platform other than phone calls and emails in order to communicate with clients.

Cons

Sometimes there is delay with incoming or outgoing messages. Sometimes I don't get notifications until 20-45 minutes after the message says it originally sent; making for delayed responses to clients.

So far, our experience with them has been great! Their customer service is top notch!

Pros

Text Request has a straight-forwarded, easy to use platform. The UI is very user friendly.

Cons

The only con was on bulk reporting. However, the Text Request team was able to assist us with any special reporting request.

overall experience is good and makes collecting and asking for customer orders more streamlined and easy.

Pros

I like the group message feature the most. We use the software to remind customers to place their orders and Text Request makes it so easy to ask everyone at once for their order in one motion rather than having to message people individually.

Cons

The biggest for me is not being able to search contacts when you are making a new group message and "editing" the group. Like I said we use it to collect wholesale orders. So when I send out a reminder text I remove people from the group whose orders I have already received. But in order to remove them, I have to scroll through EVERYONE to find who I am looking for. It would be nice if I could organize these by alphabet or have a way to search. I also wish in the "messaging" view you could extend the name of the contacts. I have my contacts in Text request as BUSINESS NAME (LOCATION (as needed)) - CONTACT NAME. but with the current view, I only get part of the business name. There seems to be plenty of room in this space so I don't understand why it cant be extended. I also hate I can't do a traditional group message with me and two other contacts in it, but that's not that big of a deal for me.

Pros

Very straight forward and easy to use. This product helps us reach our clients that prefer text message communication as opposed to emails or calls.

Cons

A stand alone app would be great. We transitioned from the ZipWhip platform and due to the volume of our usage a stand alone app is extremely helpful compared to having to access the site through a webpage.

### "Freezes everyday "

It’s great when it works. It’s slower than Zipwhip and freezes a lot. A LOT.

Pros

The templates are helpful. And it works most of the time on desktops. Just the mobile app freezes a lot. Sometimes it never unfreezes. Or I’ll have to completely shut off my phone and try again. Not good for trying to get new clients in a fast manner.

Cons

It freezes every day. Most days it never loads / unfreezes on my phone. And I’ve tried it on two different iPhones. We used to have Zipwhip. Zipwhip never froze. I’m not exaggerating when I say it freezes every day. It is extremely frustrating and I’ll probably switch to something else soon if they can’t fix it.
