Pros

Our learning center uses Text Request to be able to easily communicate with customers on a consistent and frequent basis. The platform is so easy to use. There's lots of features we wouldn't have even thought to need but now we can't live without them.

Cons

We have no complaints. We have had a great experience with Text Request.

I enjoy using text request to communicate with my customer. A very user friendly format. Quick text messaging across all employees and customers from one platform.

Cons

The repetitive nature of the notifications until acknowledged.

Pros

the ability to reach agents with easy also group texting 100 plus agents at one time. Helps agents as well for the do not have to bring up email for quick response.

Cons

We have had problems and not able to fix due to bad customer support

Nothing really, i wish notifications were easier to find to a message that i've sent out but that is about it.

Pros

Not being able to always answer the phone, Text Request makes it easy and quick to communicate to our listeners.

Cons

Occasionally, texts don't show up in real time, which can cause miscommunication.

I love the ease of use. I honestly won't be able to change to a different application after Text Request. We really enjoy the simplicity of this app. Please keep it that way!

Cons

Nothing that we do not like so far. We honestly have no complaints.

Game changer. Staff learned to utilize TextRequest with no training. People we serve experienced better communication. Everyone was happier because of it.

Pros

The ability to text message to and from our office phone numbers protects staff privacy and enables them to communicate to their constituents using their personal devices without exposing their personal phone numbers is huge. Staff appreciate having only 1 phone.

Cons

No cons. Worked as expected and never went down.

I like it. Helps with customeres that never answer a phone call. LoL

Pros

This is a very easy program to use. I like the fact that I can run it in the background, but still be aware of any communications coming in.

Cons

The only thing I feel might be missing, is that it is hard to tell who the text is directed to. Sometimes you have to go way back into the previous texts to figure out who it belongs to. I wish there was a way that someone sending us a text could indicate whom it was to go to. For example: KM please find the picture you requested....and somehow, it would assign the text to KM. A simple program change. Thant's all.

### "Mixed experience thus far"

We go live in a few hours but the setup has been painful. Hoping it is at least more stable than Zipwhip.

Pros

After escalating some of the frustrating limitations, we did have a very engaging and helpful account rep spend time troubleshooting with us and apologizing for some of the features we were sold that were not quite accurate.

Cons

Sales was very salesy and promised a lot of things that didn't turn out to be true - example the Zipwhip migration was going to require days of downtime or that we could simply upload information (technically true but limited to a handful of discrete fields). It was also confusing onboarding as we were sent several forms, many of them asking for the same information and also getting emails asking us to complete things and was told to ignore because it was an auto generated reminder.

Reason for choosing Text Request

We were sold on how easy it would be to migrate and that it had all the features of Zipwhip and then some (only partially true\_.

### "No brainer!"

Pros

The entire platform is incredibly easy to use, it allowed our offices to be in constant contact with our patients! It gave us a local phone number and is so easy to access on Desktop, Mobile, or Tablets! Their help team is always amazing as well

Cons

The system will occasionally freeze up, though the Text Request team is typically able to handle the situation before we even notice.

Pros

I like that it's easy navigate - whether I am sending the text or receiving it. It is simple to add additional templates and create payment requests. Our clients have also stated they like the simplicity of sending a text rather than making a phone call.

Cons

Sometimes the texts do not refresh as quickly as I'd like and I find myself missing messages that are needed to be responded to in a timely manner. Sometimes the search does not recognize numbers I have texted before.

Text Requests allows our practice to contact patients more effectively, improving our daily operations. Texting patients improves compliance as well as the patient experience. Customer Service is easy to reach and responsive. Highly Recommend Text Request.

Pros

The user interface is easy to navigate and train staff. This program is used daily as we use the platform to communicate with our patients. Our favorite feature is the ability to create multiple templates for quick and effective messaging. Additionally, the ability that you can send mass messages immediately as well as schedule messages to be delivered at a specific date/time is a time-saver. Text Request has great features at an incredible price point.

Cons

I would prefer that the Auto Responder can be based on the TEMPLATES created, so that different outbound auto responder messages can be created and sent.

Successfully used Text Requests at two other medical practices.

I have enjoyed working with it. The app is great! Helps me do work quickly when not at my desk

Pros

It is easy to use. It stays open as a site on my computer for a long time. Like the app for my phone.

Cons

For some reason the last week I need to click twice on my sign in to get to the correct page. TR often considers a text "resolved" when it is not resolved. It would be nice if there was a translation ability. (Maybe there is and I am not aware - new user)
