Pros

Very easy to use and it saves all of the information that I need. I am able to go back and review things if I need to. Easy to set up templets.

Cons

When switching over to different account, lost off of the previous data that we had when connecting with families.

At my job we mostly use it to reach out to customers and check in, verify their product is performing the way they want it to, and as an alternative to calling and getting passed around our phone system we can just send the contact information of the guest to who they need to speak with, and have them reach out directly.

Pros

I really appreciate how intuitive the entire system is, how easy it is interact with both from a professional point of view as well as from a customer point of view.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that sometimes when entering a new contact, it will say there was a problem saving, but upon reloading the page the contact information has been saved and put into the contact list. It's not bad by any means, but it is a bit confusing.

Pros

It mostly gets the job done and I can do it from my computer.

Cons

It isn't very user friendly, hard to navigate, have to go to different areas to send group messages, adding images requires text. Also, I have contacts save and I type in their name and it won't find them, so I manually put in their phone number and up pops the name. Frustrating

### "Great avenue to communicate with candidates quickly "

Giving your team a central place to text candidates without using their own personal numbers is a must, and using text in today's world is a must as well, so finding an inexpensive solution to deliver both like TR is key.

Pros

All I need was an inexpensive option to easily deploy to my team to allow them to text in 1 central location and not have to use their personal devices. TextRequest may not be the top-of-the-line text tool, but for an SMB that needs it for purely text communication, it was the best I found for a good price.

Cons

The features on the backend I found to be a little clunky...has definitely improved over the year and really only 1 person needs to be administering it anyway, but yea that's me so just didn't find it to be the best admin portal I've ever used.

Great customer service.

Pros

Text Request is way better than a regular chat box. We try to answer our messages right away, but sometimes we aren't able to. Text messaging allows us to answer our customers questions even after they leave our website. Not everyone is good with email, but most people text.

Cons

There isn't anything that I can think of as a con.

We have had a huge increase in communication with our candidates. We have also been able to document communication and verify appointments. There has been a major decrease in no-show appointments.

Pros

I like the user-friendliness. I can sort through and filter text messages easily and quickly. I also like having the ability to set up notifications for new text messages.

Cons

We have been unable to get the app function to work when in various windows.

Overall we have had a good experience with Text Request. We use it constantly throughout the day so small things that take an extra minute add up.

Pros

HIPAA protected texting, payment requests

Cons

Having to refresh the page constantly, searching for a contact within messages (you have to enter the name exactly as it appears)

Text request has been a timesaver and helped with client communication. It is crucial to our client relationship.

Pros

The ability to text clients with out using personal devise. Its easy to implement, train, and use. Most clients prefer a quick text message and Text Request and made response time from clients faster.

Cons

The Dashboard could be a little more user friendly, but over all very pleased with its functionality.

Ability to send text messages from office land line Group messaging Scheduling texts

Cons

Mobile app freezes up from time to time. The only way to fix it is to restart phone. Have to pay for 2 messages anytime you send a photo. Often have to reset laptop version to keep updated. Cost twice much per month than our last text program.

Pros

I like the fact that people can text me without my cell phone blowing up. It is like receiving emails but easy for my clients. I update them sometimes daily with this.

Cons

Receiving pictures can be tricky. Also I realized sharing contacts is not possible with this format like it is with a cell phone.

I like the ease of implementation, web app and mobile app

Cons

The interface needs some tweaking. The default sort and filter option on the dashboard should be able to be changed. Adding and texting new groups should be a more streamlined process.

### "Suits our Business Needs"

Our primary use for Text Request is for emergency communications, such as an active shooter on our campus. We suspect and hope that we will not need to use the app very often but we are going to explore using it to contact employees to cover workshifts in our 24/7 operation.

Pros

Simple operation was critical for us. We looked at several solutions but most were either expensive, too complicated, or both.

Cons

There was a bit of a learning curve in adding users and getting them into groups, but other than that I can't think of anything.

Reason for choosing Text Request

Two reasons: Ease of use and cost. Ease of use was critical for our choice and we were pleasantly surprised that Text Request also happened to be the most affordable and fitting app for our need.
