Phenomenal! In the beginning, the team checked in with us to make sure we are happy. It was so easy to set up and get our whole team onboard. It's been a wonderful experience and we've recommended it to all of our clients and suppliers.

Pros

It was so easy to set up and get our whole team on board. Our clients love the quick updates on the scheduling of projects and it is so much easier getting last-minute photos of projects. Having all the client correspondence in one central place rather than on 10 different cellphones is a total game-changer. Scheduling messages also make life a lot easier on time sensative messages.

Cons

None at this time. Apple live photos are tricky but not a negative as even most email clients struggle with them.

It serves our business needs perfectly. We use it to confirm appointments with customers and for internal communications with staff.

Pros

Very easy to use, and an incredibly seamless transition from my previous software. We had been using Zipwhip, which is going away at the end of the year, so we needed a new solution. Text Request had an integration tool that allowed us to move all of our contacts AND all of our existing chat history over from Zipwhip in a matter of minutes. From time I signed up for Text Request, it was literally about 10-15 minutes later that my team was able to move over from Zipwhip. The interface was familiar to them AND we had all of our existing data migrated over, so my team didn't even miss a beat.

Cons

It is quite a bit pricier than Zipwhip. We were paying $100/month for Zipwhip. With Text Request we don't have a character limit on our texts like we did before, but it also uses multiple texts for longer messages. As a result, we are paying nearly 3x as much for Text Request.

Sometimes message don’t refresh And you have to go into each message and out to see other ones

Our experience has been fantastic and would highly recommend

Pros

From the set up to daily use it has been very easy to use and learn. Templates are fabulous and so far every function we've used has been successful.

Cons

We currently use cell phones for our business and do not have regular land lines. The only complaint is that we were unable to use our exisiting cell phone number for text request services and had to purchase a secondary number.

We purchased Text Request prior to Ring Central purchase.

It's been super useful to reach out to patients through the company phone number to communicate about upcoming appointments, keep the patients in the loop, and allow them to reach out with questions or requests to change appointments.

Super easy to use - no complaints! It's nice that I have my own account with the company

I rely on text request when I need it. It is an easy way to be in contact with people.

Pros

Texting is simple and unintimidating to most people. They prefer to text than to email, so it is a nice service to offer to our clientele. It's easy to send a picture from one's phone. I like that it's the same number as our landline, so people don't have to learn a new number.

Cons

I'm not sure it is secure. I'm not sure it is a safe way to send personal information.

Text request has made it easy to communicate with clients and prospects. Texting is what the clients want to do and we have a record of the communication.

Pros

The ease of sending a message that is quickly received by the client or prospect. It is the preferred of communication no matter what age.

Cons

I would like it to be easier to find a text string and to add a person's name along with the phone number. when sending the first text.

I preferred the set up and display of ZipWhip, it was much more user friendly

Pros

i do not like this software- it is not user friendly and it is difficult to filter through messages

Cons

Not user friendly. No way to sort by messages I have sent or replied to. Hard to find responses to messages. Search function glitches. Filters are not useful

Easy to learn how to use!! Great customer service response. Lots of features I haven’t even figured out yet!

Cons

Quite slow application operating system which is annoying as I use this as my main text source to clients on a daily basis.

Pros

Text Request allows us to communicate with customers in their preferred mode of communication. No one leaves a text unread. Phone calls are rarely answered and voicemails seldom garner a response.

The ease of setup and the similarity compared to my previous texting application

Cons

Cost was higher than expected, but the customer service with Text Request is way better than the other service I had, so I that outweighs the added cost

Pros

Text Request is very user-friendly. Even our most technically challenged employees found it easy to use and implement.

Cons

The thing I like least is that we have to cull out the duplicate information. Text Request stores the same information multiple times. So, if I receive a message the phone number is stored. If I send a message the phone number is stored. If I send or receive a message via a name that is tied to that phone number, it is stored a third time and then it has to be manually de-duped.

Pros

Easy to use. Simple. No hassle setting it up.

Can't figure out how to delete a rude/mean text.

### "A Great Tool for Communicating with Millennials!"

I love it! I think this is definitely the move for new business to reach the younger population who prefer to schedule things over text/email than via phone.

Pros

We are not overwhelmed with calls at the clinic. Clients can text us and we can handle their inquires with the most time sensitive being handled first instead of bogging the team down with a ton of incoming calls and having to take messages and filter through. I also love that there is a paper trail of communications to go back and reference if the team happens to forgot to put a note about the conversation in a chart note.

Cons

Sometimes there are issues with outgoing messages where there are delays on those messages going out. They seem to get resolved quickly (within a few hours) of letting their support team know though!
