### "Branding is Key! "

Gotta admit - at first I wasn't excited about using yet another app to communicate with clients/leads. . . . until our phone service went down and Text Request was our only form of communications for nearly a day. We were still able to close sales. Text Request saved the day!

Pros

I love that our texts come from our main phone number. Branding is key! As it sets us apart from other companies who either don't use a texting service or use a bulk texting service where texts are sent from a 5 or 6 digit non-descript service. I also like that we can save contacts with unique names/titles to instantly identify whom we are sending/receiving texts.

Cons

I wish I could set defaults in 'Search Contacts' to always include 'Archived contacts.' I know it's just a couple of clicks but it's all about efficiency, screen ergonomics, and time management.

I like that it operates just like the messages app on my cell phone. I also like the group messages option

Cons

Sometimes it has connection issues where I'm unable to use it which can be inconvenient because I depend on it so much.

Pros

This is a very easy to use and effective platform. It has been a game-changer - and we are not even utilizing all of the features we could be.

Cons

One weakness is that it is cumbersome to weed out bounces. Also, you can't easily merge groups. And finally, it takes a long time for large group texts to send completely.

Great! It is easy to use. Being able to reach patients and communicate quickly is an advantage. Talking is not always possible so I would consider this a life line. Also the fact that patients can send photos to a private line is fantastic.

Pros

The ability to communicate when a call is not optional

Cons

I am new to the platform so I haven't found any yet.

Overall it has been fine. We have only had one outage which is good. But I think a lot needs to be fixed and updated. But it is fine to message people back and forth.

Pros

\- Aesthetically pleasing - Quick (for the most part) - Many different types of ways to use it

Cons

\- Notifications sound is annoying and inaccurate - Mass texting is hard and takes too long - Too many ways to sort messages, just one is fine - Not easy to access contacts, many loops need to be done

Pros

We could use our landline number so it’s easier for the costumer.

Cons

You get notifications of an incoming sms but takes a while to load both in the mobile and desktop. Several seconds up to a minuto or so. Dashboard is not as intuitive.

I really like that the log in is very easy. I like the different views that you can see, and also the response time averages of our conversations.

Pros

My favorite feature is the advanced search function. It saves me a lot of time and headache to have the ability to search through chats by keyword.

Cons

There are little nuances that could be made easier. Such as, when you search for a contact it would be nice if the names began populating instead of having to hit "search" before any populate.

Pros

Texting is preferred by most clients and staff. This makes it very easy to get in touch and get quick responses.

Cons

Group messaging isn't that easy. Sometimes texts don't go through in groups.

Pros

Quick and convenient way to get ahold of clients. It's really helpful that we can send photos as well.

Cons

Layout took a few days to understand where everything is and it's not as clean as some other programs I've used. 160 characters is not very much for one text.

It chill other than my previous complaint. It's not that bad but it can be of annoyance. But i like the app overall. It is easy to send text and send PDF's. I like the app, I would love it, if they would apply my complains to an update, but you never know.

Pros

It easy to use and not much thought has to take place when trying to figure out the symbols. Everything is logically placed, and it doesn't look like too much is going on. Like, it's not overwhelming. It looks neat.

Cons

The sound of the notifications, and also that when I try to change the setting to see, "Newest First," instead of "Unresolved First," it will switch back after the page reloads. It is irritating to constantly be changing a setting that you think would stay.

Great! Customer service is responsive.

Pros

Overall a very easy switch from ZipWhip to Text Request, and the features have been great. I love that we can have multiple users so our clients know who is talking to them. It's great that conversations have to be marked as "dealt with" before sinking into the abyss.

Cons

The search function could be improved--it should be able to search people who have been entered but who don't haven't started conversations.

The app for mobile device has allowed for easy and quick response time to our clients.

Cons

Issues with our integration system, Zapier. We are constantly getting error notices from them. Sometimes we get a response from the customers and sometimes their response does not go through.

Pros

Text Request provides a convenient and efficient way to communicate with new employees through an efficient communication channel. It is effective to edit contact names and get a notification on the Text Request that says "NEW MESSAGE" so I can communicate with new hires in a timely manner.

Cons

The Text Request iPad app does not allow it to be used in landscape mode for easier use when utilizing a keyboard. When going through large volumes of messages, this is the ideal setting so I can respond more efficiently.

I have just started using something like this for communication with my patients. I didn't know something like this existed. But since I am using Text request, I feel it is so much easier to communicate with my patients and provide better services.

Pros

Pre-written templates. Makes it much easier and faster to send a message when you have limited time.

Cons

Had to write down patient's name to open or search the previous chat. When you have limited time, but you can't remember the spelling to someone's name, then it takes little bit longer. Wish there was a scroll down menu or something of all the people we have previously chatted with earlier.

Overall, I am very impressed with our company's transition from zipwhip to Text Request. I would recommend the product to any business out there looking to integrate work phone capabilities, API functionality, and exclusivity.

Pros

The template feature is my favorite feature. Many of my texts are the exact same except for the first name.

Cons

It fails to update in real time, which means I need to refresh my computer often.
