### "Works great when working"

Fair to good. Needs improving.

Pros

Simplicity of use. Storing of previous conversations. Data base and quick recall of previous text conversations.

Cons

The constant interruptions of service. When the service is down, we have to call everyone to communicate and it is disruption to their time as well as our time.

The benefits are easier faster communication with my clients. People always have their phones on them and prefer text messages over any other type of communication.

Pros

Text Request is very easy to use. I can communicate quickly and efficiently with my clients, especially when the communication is brief and does not need to be in an email format. l

Cons

I'm not able to put multiple people on one text and I'm not quite sure why not?

We are able to let clients know if we're missing information, when their returns are ready, or simply confirm an appointment. Our response time are so much quicker since most clients have their phones with them at all times.

Pros

Quick, reliable way to interact with our clients.

Cons

None so far. Would like for it to integrate with Canopy automatically.

Good, we had several issues in the last year, some our fault and others we need help from Customer Service they were great but had to constantly contact has they so short of staff, always voice mail or text to get help.

Pros

Liked the fact it integrated with our CRM software

Cons

Customer Service is very busy not enough staff on hand to answer questions. New App format on phone is very slow to upload compared to older version.

We are able to communicate with Highschool students with a medium that they respond to.

Pros

This product enables us to reach out to customers in a format that they actually read and respond to.

Cons

Text request does a great overall job and I really like the new payment option. However, the management of the payment system lacks a coordinated system that efficiently tracks who has and hasn't paid. I know this is subbed out to Payrix, but they need to upp their game in the tracking department.

The product was great but then when requested customer service, I was denied and it was until I said I was going to cancel, they started being nicer. Clearly it was all about making money for them.

Pros

The product technology is easy to use and looks great.

Cons

The customer service. Not very helpful, not customer friendly, and it’s all about the money for TextRequest

### "Text Request is good. Pricey buy good"

Excellent

Pros

I love the interface where the dashboard comprises of the screen where new texts are seen. Most other SMS platforms have reports etc showing on dashboard which is not that helpful.

Cons

I wish it was a tad bit less expensive and they didn't charge for incoming txts, unlike most other platforms who do not charge for incoming texts.

I love that it's easy to use, it's at my finger tips and on my computer!

I wish that notifications were consistent, sometimes the noise goes off and other times it doesn't so i'm constantly going back to that page to check.

It's been pretty good! We've gotten fewer last-minute cancels since it's easier for patients to contact us earlier to reschedule their appointments.

Pros

It's great for messaging with patients who work and cannot answer the phone all day. Instead of playing phone tag and leaving each other voicemails, we can text much easier and communicate more efficiently.

Cons

I wish we could add contacts in without messaging them first!

Ok so far, but we are still new to Text Request!

Pros

It was easy to transfer from Zipwhip. I like the group text function and analytics. I like the ease of pulling in group contacts.

Cons

Sending a picture to a customer is tough; way to many steps involved. I dislike the mandatory "text STOP to opt out" on the first text as we really only text current customers and do not mass text.

Because a lot of people don't answer their phones these days it has allowed me to increase out engagement with customer who are willing to answer a non-invasive text. Customer are also to get instate communicate from us when they are on our website. We can send out mass text for communicating to a group or marketing purposes.

Pros

The ability to follow up on leads that come that we are not able to talk with over the phone. This has increased our engagement rate. The ability to receive text message from customers who are on our web site.

Cons

They need to implement features that allow you to send pre-scripted follow-up text to customers when they don't respond.

Reason for choosing Text Request

They were vetted by our franchise group and met the needs that I was trying to solve.

Average. I haven't used it enough to really get a feel for it yet. I do miss the ease of conversation printing and the language feature of Zipwhip.

Pros

Not difficult to use. It also transferred old contacts from the other program I used before.

Cons

Text request does not have an option to change languages to be able to have a conversation with a customer that does not speak English. Also the ease of printing the conversation into a file I am working does not compare to the previous program Zipwhip that I used.
