You may not even realize how many texts you're missing! Pros The ease of use and set up was great. It is very easy to understand and use. Cons Alerts don't come after every message but push notifications are available by text and setting those up has helped. I was having difficulties getting set up with importing contacts and the support team was able to help me figure out the problem within an hour or less! Cons I don't have any cons about the system yet. Our board is excited to get started using this system to text our 700+ members! It's perfect for our size organization. Pros The ease of use; convenience; raises our networking to the 21st century. Cons Would prefer the website use Excel instead of CSV files for uploads.
