That there is a limit to the amt of characters to 160

Pros

The ease of use of this product is awesome. Its a fast and convenient way to stay in contact with your customers.

Cons

Is there a notification method that I'm not aware of? That would be a nice feature.

Pros

I love using this program! It's easy to use and has lots of options for getting messages out!

Cons

Sometimes my email recognizes the text responses as Junk.

Pros

I like most that Text Request allows multiple team members to manage conversations, and the anayltics and reporting that help improve customer strategies.

Cons

Pricing structure can be annoying if you exceed message limits.

Great. Wonderful customer support. They are always so helpful and go above and beyond.

Pros

Ease of use. Super user friendly. Able to organize my outreach.

Cons

I wish I could mass upload with tags. We have so many candidates. I need to be able to categorize them easily.

Sales and customer service have been great to work with. Our sales rep understood our industry and the potential we have with Text Request. The customer service reps have been quick to respond, whether through chat or email.

Pros

Text request is so easy to use. It's perfect for reminding our weekly running group where we are meeting each week.

Cons

I love that we can schedule group texts ahead of time, but it's my understanding that when you assign a group to a scheduled text, anyone that signs up for the group doesn't get included without going back into the scheduled text and editing it.

Been really good! We've used it as an org to send important, time sensitive information to hundreds of people at one time.

Pros

It makes it easy to do a large group text to lots of people

I wish you could create more customized groups to group text in an easier way

Very positive. I will tell you, had it not been for text request, we would be stuck having to block not eligible for rehires and would make me have to find new numbers monthly.

Pros

Works lovely to text those applying for work, especially for setting up interviews from the indeed app.

Cons

I can't attach names from indeed to the phone numbers.

So far it's a very awesome system. After zipwhip finished it's life, we were working with google voice and realized it wasn't the best system especially for scheduled messages. Very fortunate that textrequest was found cause it was exactly what we were looking for.

Pros

Really, quick and easy to use system, you can send scheduled messages & group messages.

Cons

Clicking on a chat doesn't open up the text bar and having a need to scroll down to see the chat bar, 2nd is searching for a person, once finished you have to delete twice instead of just a once over. These are very minimal things however it does cause a slight delay in efficiency. Finally group messages, if there was a way to copy from a clipboard a bunch of numbers, instead of manually entering them in that would be very awesome!

Pros

I like that with the text you have written correspondence to be able to refer to when needed. It makes scheduling appointments with clients so much easier.

Pros

Nothing so far. been using zipwhip prior, and a far cry comparison.

Cons

It is hard to use, non-friendly user, unlike zipwhip. You can not delete a sent message, You can not save a file straight from the platform.

Sometimes someone else has sent a message, but if it is not refreshed, you won’t even know that someone else has sent it.
