Knowledgeable, professional, efficient, responsive, cutting-edge, quality, and value. Basically, their methods and processes for implementation, training, and onboarding are smooth and relatively issue free providing great value.

Pros

They have innovative solutions for common customer notification needs/requirements. They have the capability to pivot their technology where it provides the best solution for the needs of the customer.

Cons

NOTHING. Only that we have yet to incorporate all of their technological capabilities throughout our various County departments that have notifications.
